Kyle grabbed a tire pressure gauge and checked all four tires. None of them were losing pressure so he determined that it was the sensor, since it was raining yet the temp outside was 90+. They could have totally taken advantage of two 60+ year olds, selling us something we didn't need, but instead, Kyle charged us nothing and gave us advice as to what to do in the morning. Such a nice change of pace to see honesty and dedication!

Georgetown, TX store (6255) employee "George" provided exceptional service going way above and…read morebeyond all expectations. My Honda CR-V battery died and I was unable to start the car which was parked in my garage. I took my truck to pick up a new battery. George provided advice on the best battery for the car. He then carried it out to my truck. He must have noticed the disabled veteran plates on the truck and asked if I was a veteran. When I replied affirmatively, he told me that Advance Auto Parts gave a military discount. He went back into the store and adjusted my receipt to give the discount. He then asked if I had someone to install the battery. When I said no, he volunteered to come to my house after work (on his own time) to install it for me. The store closed at 9pm and 20 minutes later he was at my house installing the battery. I sincerely appreciate George's efforts and customer-first attitude!

Phelan was especially awesome. He made sure I was looking for the correct item, and when they didn't have it in stock, he actually took the time to check other locations to see if he could track it down for me. That kind of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find! I really appreciated how patient and helpful everyone was. I came in looking for one hard-to-find item and left feeling like they genuinely cared about helping me find it. Huge shoutout to Phelan for going above and beyond! Definitely the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back.

This Autozone sold my friend defective parts that resulted in a ceased engine. He was able to work…read morewith a mechanic to prove the parts were defective and he presented the evidence to Autozone. For over a year now, they keep giving him the run around and delaying their response hoping he will give up. He has put so much time, energy and money into trying to get some compensation from Autozone and they just don't seem to care. I heard similar stories from other people who bought defective parts from them, so I would be wary of buying auto parts from this location or any other Autozone.

One day, it would not start. I replaced battery cables cleaned all contacts all the way to the starter. A friend recommended a mechanic who charged $250 trip fee that included one hour service. He got ground all the way except to a plug on the solenoid. After about thirty minuted he said I can't fix your tractor. Then, he asked if I wanted to sell it. He said he buys tractors that won't start and takes them home to work on them. I didn't think quick enough to ask why can't you get it running here. I paid $250 for nothing. Then I found out about you guys and called at 3:00pm when day and you offered to send a mechanic right out. In about thirty minutes, he discovered the negative cable wasn't grounding so he ran a cable to the engine block and the tractor started immediately. $182.00 well spent. I have recommended you to a person in Lampasas who was asking about a tractor mechanic. I hope they call you. I appreciate the fantastic service I got from you.
