It's been a few months since I got my windshield replaced but wanted to write a review based of my experience at the shop along with an update of how my car is doing now. Back story: Someone on the freeway kicked up big rocks causing the windshield on my BMW M2 Competition to crack. I called my insurance and they didn't want to help me or cover the damages. I called multiple shops which quoted me upwards of $2k to replace my windshield, the reason being; because my windshield was "special" and that I needed a particular glass in order for the technology in the car to function properly. A friend recommended a friend, and that friend recommended I give this shop a call. Over the phone, Roberto was SUPER helpful, answered all my questions, and was very transparent about the whole process. He made sure to inform me of everything I needed to do before the visit in order to properly calibrate my vehicle. He also mentioned how he would do his best to work with my insurance to make sure they cover everything besides my deductible. All this sounded great, so I set the appointment. I personally did not feel too great in this part of town in the kind of car I drive, however, Roberto's work was well worth the trip. He was able to get me an OEM BMW windshield, where other shops refused. And he worked quickly and efficiently. Because I love cars, he even showed me a bit of the process. All I can say is, this man gets the job done RIGHT! In under 2 hours my windshield was replaced and my car looked good as new. He was so careful with my car and did not damage it at all. Before I left he had me recalibrate my car, and made sure my car was not showing any alerts before leaving. Lastly, I left only paying my deductible as he was able to get my insurance to cooperate with me and his shop. To say the least, I left that day VERY satisfied with his hard work, consideration, and professionalism. It's been about 5 months since I got my windshield replaced at Eagle Auto Glass and my car has not given me any issues at all. It feels as if nothing ever happened! It did take my car about a month for the collision avoidance system to work properly, but other than that my car has been doing very well! If I ever need another windshield replaced, I will not hesitate to give Roberto a call. He is the best in the business! read more

Brought my car in today to get the front windshield replaced, after calling in telling him the vehicle I was driving I ended up telling him to get a cheapest one as I thought that was the one on my car, which it wasn't. My glass had the soundproofed glass so when I brought the car in he was understanding and drove to his offsite location to pick up the correct glass which prolonged the wait time so I decided to come back later. When I arrived an hour later he was still working on my vehicle so he offered seating in the office where we could watch tv along with a cold beverage or a coffee on top of that he re-did the wires for my dash cam so they are better hidden along with vacuuming my car for any glass that may have fallen in. On top of that he was unaware of the yelp checkin discount but still he honored it and put it in. He did more than just repair the glass by vacuuming the broken glass in the seat and affixing the console frame loosened by the vandalism. He offered small beverage, tv and safe warm waiting area during the actual repair. He VALUED my business. The receptionist at the huge competitor two-doors away, kept me waiting 5 -minutes while she played cards on her phone propped-up against the window. This is my second time, and they installed a windshield just fine, but they broke my dash, they said they would work on fixing it.. but I have not heard back from them. They wont return my calls. The repair on the dash is actually going to cost more than the replacement of windshield.. I went to get a window repair and the guy that took care of the job was rude and unprofessional i would not ever recommend eagle for a glass repair with such a bad worker like that your supposed to be professional and not give bad service if you want to be recommended. if he wants more customers he needs to change the attitude as well as he charges fair for a decent job but that shouldnt matter unless he was actually considerate about people. good service and good man employees is hard to find especially when they feel since theyre incharge they have the right to be this inconsiderate so unless you find a different shop i wouldnt recommend coming here at all. unless you want horrible service.
