Last week my daughter had a procedure there that I should have been passed to an oral surgeon- and she had a very adverse reaction and we ended up in the ER. When I called the office seeking help-- all i got was their assurance that she just needed to follow the protocol and would improve the next day. It was deeply upsetting episode and htey never checked in the next day to see how she was. I missed 2 days of work, now have over a $10k ER bill and that is on top of no dental insurance for the procedure (the clerk told me she would bill them and maybe they would pay). It was denied but LHD was paid up front. I am pulling all of my family out of this practice- sad because very kind people there but all behind a veneer of push, sell, make money. Feel like they have been bought by a private equity firm.

Although insurance only covered about $40 of the procedures I scheduled the appointment anyways with the plan to pay out-of-pocket. While I was having the procedure done, the dentist did several other procedures without asking my permission. When I went to check out I was charged for the additional procedures, which totaled $200 above the original quote. When I asked about the discrepancy the dentist came out and offered a 10% discount. They didn't seem to have any respect for the large amount of monetary difference, or that insurance wouldn't be covering it and I would be paying out of pocket for the extra $200. I won't be returning.

I loved that they were able to give me my "to do" list for all the stuff my teeth needed. I was very pleased with one of the team members there, Fateemah, who cleaned my teeth and gave me a lot of tips on how to keep my teeth and gums healthy. I found out she moved to a different state, thus my journey for a hygienist began... On 07/08/2020, I came to this office to get my teeth cleaned. I was greeted by the receptionists with smiles, I'll assume they were smiles since masks are required in the office, hint hint. I also wanted to get a slight pain checked out from a nearby area close to a crown I had put in. I was seen by Fateemah, as she was kind enough to keep me updated on where she moved. Since they are part of the Smiles Generation network, getting my info back and forth with North Decatur Dentistry was pretty easy. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly once again, and congratulated me on my progress. I didn't get a star sticker but healthier teeth is just as good for me. I was then seen by Dr Egan who was very pleasant and knowledgeable as she was pretty quick to diagnose my pain. She made a slight adjustment to my crowns in hopes that it would help with the occasional pain I'd have. She also told me what other work I needed, but since my time is short here, I'll be getting that work done back in Atlanta. All in all, I had a great experience at this office. It's hard to find an amazing hygienist, so if you visit this office, I recommend you see Fateemah! If her manager or the regional manager sees this, please know she's that good that someone traveled out of state just for a cleaning! The staff were are all great too!

I underwent full-mouth dental implants with bone grafting and a sinus lift, something I had been told by other dentists and oral surgeons was impossible in my case. I was told I would have to live with partials, limitations, and a broken smile. Those words were devastating and left me feeling hopeless. From the very first visit, Dr. Constantin was different. He was honest -- he said it would be difficult -- but he also said something no one else would: that it was absolutely possible. That belief, paired with his skill and precision, changed everything. Today, I have the most beautiful smile I've ever had -- and the confidence to match. Every compliment I receive, I owe to Parkway Dental Center. Beyond the exceptional clinical work, what truly sets this practice apart is the heart of everyone there.
