My Subaru is about 6 years old, and every time I saw those marks, it drove me crazy. I was honestly considering trying to buff it out myself with YouTube videos... but a friend quickly talked me out of that (probably for the best!). I found Japheth's business, Touch Up Specialist, on Yelp and reached out. He responded quickly with a quote, and we were able to agree on a very reasonable price for the work I needed. He was also great with communication--he even texted a reminder the day before, which I really appreciated. He was friendly and professional, and you could tell he really takes pride in his work. He didn't rush at all and paid close attention to detail. He mentioned he's been doing this for 30 years and even does work for dealerships--which definitely shows in the quality. Honestly, I did not expect my car to look as good as it did when he finished. The scratches were blended and camouflaged so well that I can barely see them now. I'm seriously so happy with the results. I also loved that he's mobile--it made everything so convenient since I could stay home and get things done while he worked on my car. Overall, Japheth seems like a genuinely honest and trustworthy person, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Thanks again, Japheth!
