The biggest challenge was that I needed to do a major mental turn-around to incorporate meat consumption back into my diet to increase the protein I was giving my body. I have adapted and am feeling great! Speaking of a mental turn-around ... those around me think I am on a diet. Yes, there is an extensive list of foods that I am not eating. Yes, sometimes it is hard to follow my protocol. But, about six weeks into the protocol, I had an epiphany. I am not feeling deprived because I made the decision that what I put in my body is my CHOICE. I am CHOOSING not to eat the foods that feed my inflammation. So, when someone says, "Oh, you CAN'T eat this," my response is, "I could, but I CHOOSE not to." It's been quite an interesting shift in thinking. In my case, the road to better health is not a quick fix. After all, I have many, many years (I'm 70) of eating (and drinking) foods that have not served my body. I am thankful that I found Dr. Cole and his team to help me along in my journey. I couldn't ask for more helpful, kind, and knowledgeable individuals to be on MY team!

When I came to my first appointment , it was long and thorough, we figured out my allergies and sensitivities to food and chemicals , and doc explained in great detail lots of information to get me on the right track. Here we are 4 years later and the improvements in the way I feel are above and beyond better than before. I am no longer constantly tired, if anything I am looking for ways to spend all my extra energy! I have learned so much from Dr. Misak and I make sure to tell everyone I know that has mystery heath issues to go see him and his wonderful team! With gratitude, thanks doc!

I joined Dr. Will Cole's Gut Reset Program with the goal of learning how to better support my body and mind through a functional, whole-person approach and it delivered far beyond my expectations.
