Honestly not a bad option at all for a meal so close to Scotiabank Arena. I work nearby and picked this for a lunch with a co-worker, but can imagine that if I was going to a Leafs game or concert that this would be better than a lot of other options nearby. I will say it is really pricey, and it's hard to find anything on the menu if you're on a budget. Most things will run you $25+. I ordered the E11ven Burger ($34) and my coworker ordered the Cacio e Pepe ($30). Honestly those prices are crazy. I think this is the single most expensive burger I've ever had. The portion is quite good and it comes with a heaping load of fries, but I would've liked if they were truffle fries or something special. I could definitely tell this was a Braised Short Rib burger rather than your normal patty, but still - a classic cheeseburger will run you $29 here so you may as well get the upgrade. Just be aware that these are the prices you'll be running into. If you're fine with this, the meal itself was quite nice and we were seated immediately despite our reservation not showing up. The service was fast and we were in and out in under 40 minutes. Probably wouldn't have the same experience on a game night, but for a work lunch it was very convenient.

Great spot to make a reservation for if you're going to a show at Rogers or Scotia. Our waitress was so sweet and down to earth. We decided to just get a handful of appetizers and WOW. Every single one was absolutely delicious. Great flavor combos and execution. Place itself is super cute with a lounge bar dining area as well as the 'formal' dining area- something for everyone! Will return on my next trip over the border back to Toronto from the USA!

Food was good. Service was very good. Service was fast which was perfect before a concert. Prices are a bit high especially for drinks. Was a bit surprised by the $5 up charge for changing fries to Salad. Not that there was one but that our server didn't say anything when I ordered

Stopped by for a quick lunch bite and ordered the chicken salad. It was a busy spot for lunch and was a great lunch spot located in the middle of Toronto. Many tables were completely filled. The service was quick. I ordered the chicken salad, as this would be the quickest on the menu. It arrived within a few minutes of my order. The salad was fresh and chicken was ok. It was chicken breast. Nothing spectacular about my dish. I could have ordered the same dish for a much cheaper price elsewhere. If you are strained for time and need a quick lunch spot, this is a good choice. But it is nothing to write home about.

Found this place great for what it is, sports bar like but a little more fine-dining, in other words, a great stop in for a more luxurious post Leaf game meal. Overall management was pitiful. Our service was particularly great, our waiter killed it. For the food, the bad was that the piece of beef served for the price point was terribly off. The great was the chicken drum sticks which were not only tasty and presented great but the mango-habanero chutney/jam/purree/sauce was on point.

The restaurant is in close proximity to many downtown attractions such as the aquarium, Rogers center, and Scotiabank Arena. The menu offers a diverse selection of foods to try. The meals I have had there have all been delicious. Pricing is a bit on the expensive side, but the restaurant does offer quality food in a premium location. The service was friendly and met expectations. In interior of the restaurant is pretty stylish and makes for a fun dining experience. I would recommend this restaurant to someone looking for a fun downtown dining experience.

I've been to this restaurant twice now and both times have been fantastic. On one experience I dined in and ordered a steak. The steak was cooked perfectly and the service was fantastic. On my most recent experience I stopped by for an event and had an incredible evening. They are featuring their new patio drinks (we tried them all) and they are all amazing! They have refreshing drinks, lime flavoured drinks, virgin drinks and the drink of summer, a lemon flavoured selfie drink. They actually print your photo onto a your beverage, which is super cool. Not to mention, the drink tastes fantastic too. During the event they also had edamame bites, lamb (it literally fell off of the bone and was extremely tender), fried shrimp bites (my friend really liked this), seasoned watermelon bites (they were delightful), tacos, salmon and more. All of the food was fantastic. The employees ran the event perfectly and I would definitely come back for an event or to dine at the restaurant and sip their delicious cocktails. Thank you for an incredible evening E11even!

We ordered the tuna tartare, beet salad, Chef's Tasting (steak), 30 days aged 32 oz bone in ribeye, potatoes gratin, broccolini and wagyu fried rice. The best thing we ate that night was the complimentary bread - very similar to Yorkshire pudding. The wagyu fried rice was flavourful. The appetizers were mid and the Chef's Tasting steaks were ok albeit served lukewarm. The 30 days aged 32 oz bone in ribeye was extremely disappointing. It was very chewy and difficult to eat. Lots of fat and tough veins in the steak - it was not quality and definitely not worth $302. We didn't even eat half of it. Our server asked us if we wanted to pack it and we said no because it was disappointing and difficult to eat. He likely did not have training on how to respond as he completely ignored the comment, no apologies or further questions and cleared the rest of our table. It was really odd service for a highly rated steakhouse. I personally would not recommend Jacobs & Co and would not dine again here.

We ordered a bunch of things to share and the table ended up being full pretty quickly. Creamy, spicy, perfectly cooked pasta and one of those dishes where you keep going back for another bite even when you're already full. Drinks were solid too. The Pornstar Martini and the Hot & Bothered were both great and fit the vibe of the place. The space feels polished but still lively, especially around the bar. Definitely the kind of spot that works for a night out, drinks with friends, or a late dinner. If you go, do not skip the spicy vodka rigatoni. I would come back just for that.

There are specials that change weekly. The interior is decorated with New Orleans memorabilia, medium lit, cozy (not large), with jazz music in the background. Service was attentive and friendly. They operated for 30 years at their old location. This location soft-opened on 2026-02-12. We came on 2026-02-25 for dinner. There were still some furnishings to complete (there were unforeseen delays). They kept the same menu offerings but it will be expanded within a month. We ordered the following: 1. Citra Terre D'Abruzzo Pinot Grigio - Italy (glass $14.95). 2. Coke. 3. Crab Cakes ($19.95). 4. New Orleans Shrimp Cocktail ($19.95). 5. Jambalaya Aranchini (weekly special). 6. Blackened Lamb Chops (weekly special). 7. New Orleans Fisherman's Plate ($39.95). 8. Pecan Pie warmed with Ice Cream ($14.95). 9. Bananas Foster ($14.95). 10. Beignet ($14.95). Every dish had an excellent presentation. We spent a lot of time taking photos and videos. What did you expect from me?! We loved all the dishes! The portions were large! There are more staff than in the previous location, allowing the service to be excellent. They tend to have many loyal and returning customers. Every table starts with freshly baked bread and butter. The bread was so fresh! The three appetizers tasted good. They each had a little kick due to creole cuisine. I loved the shrimp the most. The Blackened Lamb Chops was perfectly cooked. Each of the four pieces were very tender, accompanied by a delicious sauce. The dish had some very nicely cooked seasonal vegetables: roasted potatoes, a red pepper, string beans, a broccoli, and a carrot. This dish will be put into their regular menu in the near future. The New Orleans Fisherman's Plate is great if you want a little sampling of their seafood: Blackened Fish, Cajun Calamari, and Coconut Beer Shrimp. It also comes with rice and seasonal vegetables. The fish was so good! We brought some home for my mom and she really loved it. The Coconut Beer Shrimp was on top of a Orange Marmalade Sauce, which is really liked. The three desserts looked really good and tasted good. I loved the pecan pie the most. They can split dishes in half in the kitchen and serve them on two dishes for two people to share. The restaurant uses fresh seasonal ingredients and spices to create authentic Creole and Cajun tastes. Everything is made in-house except for bread and butter. In the near future, their bread will be made in-house too. Currently, there is only indoor dining but they are looking into the possibility of sidewalk outdoor dining. Mike Djurdjevic runs the front of the house while his wife, Mira Djurdjevic, operates the kitchen. Their son, Marko, also helps in the front of the house. There is a large pizza oven at the back of the restaurant. They will be introducing creole pizza in the near future. There is a separate large room for events, parties, etc. This room will be ready in the near future. They also do catering. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, but there is no door-open button. There is one gender-neutral washroom, which is also wheelchair accessible, and one female washroom. Thrre is paid neighbourhood street parking. Review 2026-037

The owner also mentioned that they'll be moving soon to a larger location near the Etobicoke lake area, which sounds exciting. With a better location and more space, the atmosphere should be even better, and I think the restaurant will do really well. Definitely a place I'd recommend, and I'm looking forward to visiting again after they move.
