Starting working on the power source issue, also clean up lots of dust, took it outside. Set up the computer, still no power, motherboard is bad. Removed the Drives, now the tower is ready for recycling. Provided several options. He set up a laptop, we just happen to have external drive. Jason transfer the data to the new drives. Provide great information and explained how to use the drive. While waiting for the data to transfer, Jason was very respectful, kind, understanding. The value of resources in our community is very important. He save use a lot of money & time. I am very pleased with the customer service he provided. I brought my desktop in because it was running slow. I figured it probably had spyware or…read moresomething. I was told they would have it ready the next day, and was assured that nothing would be lost. It wasn't ready the next day or the day after because "they got busy off site". Guess what...I don't care. Why is an off site customer more important than a customer that brought in their PC? When I got it home my e-mail was gone, as were other programs. I called and had to leave a message (always, no one answers) and another, and another. I finally sent a poision e-mail to their contact info threatening to do a blog or picket outside their business and actually got a call back. I was told they were sorry for not getting back to me, could I bring it back? I took the PC back to them for restoration but all they could recover was my pictures, thank God, and my e-mail. Some other programs..gone. Brought PC back home, had another issue, called, left message x2. Never got a call back. So I took it to another shop right in town and they fixed me up. I won't go back and neither will my friends.
