I found Lance through a quick Google search. I was directed to yelp, that allowed me to ask for a quote. I didn't read too closely and didn't realize until he responded that he was nearly 200 miles away :o He offered to help me remotely and I decided why not? Best decision! He walked through his whole process with my husband and asked questions to determine exactly what was going on. He even suggested things we could do to avoid our malware issues in the future.
