I called and asked what the cost would be to repair my phone and how long would it take. I was quoted $109 and "it would only take a few minutes to do". I went to the store and waited apx 30 mins to get the screen repaired and a new glass screen protector applied. Ok, I was pleased and could deal with that. I leave, power up my cell phone and now I noticed a large black shadowed line now running the entire length of my screen. Wait, what, this was NOT there before!!!! I head back up to the store and the kid tells me he must of done that when applying the new screen. Wow, ok. I'm then told they are out of the IPhone 6 screens and I would have to come back. Two days later I go back up to the store and I then leave the phone with the kid (same kid) for apx 1 hour. I come back to pick up the phone and then the phone would not function properly with touch screen features. Whaaatttt??? NOW there's a function issue??? I leave the phone with him yet again and come back in another 30 minutes. I FINALLY pick up my phone and all seems ok with my phone. My low rating is based on the unprofessionalism in getting this semi-simple service done along with the inconvenience to me. This didn't take "a few minutes to do"....FYI

I'm not sure if he really put an iPhone original screen on my phone or the quality of labor is not good. The guy told me he will order a "new original" apple screen and should be arriving today. I'm skeptical if it is really original considering the timeline, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. I honestly hopeful that they are putting the parts I originally ordered and paid for. Between text messages and more than 20 phone calls, I was repeatedly given new completion dates that were never met. Almost every conversation ended with another reason for the delay--whether it was recovery errors, replacement chips, syncing devices, transfer issues, emergency closures, waiting on parts, or being told it would be finished "tomorrow," "in a few hours," or "in a couple more days." Unfortunately, those promises kept getting pushed back. I understand that data recovery is complex and that unexpected problems can happen. My frustration isn't that the recovery was difficult--it's the lack of honest communication and realistic expectations. If the job was going to take months, I would have appreciated being told that from the beginning instead of repeatedly hearing that it was almost finished. I spent months following up through texts and over 20 phone calls, often being told I'd receive a callback that never came. I even rearranged my schedule multiple times to pick up the drive, only to find out it still wasn't ready. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. If you decide to use them, be prepared for significant delays and make sure you get realistic timelines before leaving your equipment with them.

Right where the old First Community Credit Union was/next to customer service. The owner chatted with me for a bit and offered me a bottled water. He was friendly. The cost is is pretty reasonable. I looked at the reviews, gave them a call and walked over from my office. My phone is a generation 1 so a new screen needed to be ordered. I was able to pick my watch up the following day. Fast forward about two weeks and I notice my watch was dimmer and as I began to touch the screen was loose. The screen appeared to need better adhesive because the screen was off of the face of the watch. I took my watch back to Fix UR Gadget and after analysis I was told there was corrosion on the interior mechanism of my watch that they don't repair. The corrosion was believed to be caused by moisture.... so the screen was replaced but not secured properly and moisture apparently got inside of the watch and now it's on me??? Thanks Guys
