I have had up and downs with Community Choice, but this locations is great. My normal location near my home is in Redford on Five Mile. They only have a couple of good employees I have had a good rapport with. That location is not so good anymore. I have been a member for over 20 years.

There will also be SEVERAL minutes of TOTAL SILENCE on the phone while they just sit there, no typing, no speaking, nothing. It's absolutely terrible.

I brought all the documents with me and she took copies and said I would require another appointment while she researched how to process with my name change after getting married. She said she would get back to me. 2 weeks go by and I called and left a message for her. I am pretty patient at this time but how long can she need? Another few days pass and I speak to someone who says she is not in that day but she would have her contact me. That was early September and never any follow up while she has copies of my marriage license and grandmother's death certificate. I have serious questions if the bank manager didn't know how to process what has to be a pretty commonplace request and also is not concerned with follow up.
