Then, you sit at a desk and have a personal appointment with a banker whether you are getting a couple dollars or having a more in depth appointment. The people who work here are all very helpful and friendly, and give you excellent personal service. It is very personable and efficient. I have never experienced any problems. And, when there were problems with the credit union in general sending out tax information, I was able to come to the branch and have them print off all necessary information. There is also a convenient location inside of Oakland University for students very close to this one.

We have had accounts with PNC Bank ever since they devoured National City Bank. We have been…read moregenerally happy with the types of accounts and services the offer. And they have some excellent people who know what they are doing and are very helpful within the limits of PNC's rules. Recently, our branch at Long Lake and Woodward was permanently closed by PNC. We needed to find a new branch as our main location. The now closed branch had a great manager, let's call him Bob, but we weren't sure where he was going and we needed to find a branch that had the size safe deposit box we needed as well. We found one and moved everything there. Then I learned Bob would be going to a branch that I thought was this one. So when I needed to get some cash I thought I would get it here and see Bob as well. This branch has drive thru banking and a walk up ATM located indoors which is nice in bad weather. So I got the cash I needed and then went inside to ask about Bob. What I got was a puzzled but polite look from the young lady who greeted me and asked if she could help me when I asked for Bob. It turned out that he was the manager at another branch...oh well. At least I got my cash at a friendly PNC branch. As the closest from our home I know I'll be back at least to use the ATM.

I was targeted by a cold call from this company claiming they could save me money. Be extremely…read morecareful. They lure you in with promises of "no escrow fees" and "two months of skipped payments," but it's a scam. Here is the catch: they hide a massive increase to your principal (they tried to add $10k to mine) and reset your 30-year clock. You end up owing significantly more than when you started. The most unprofessional part? I could clearly hear a manager whispering instructions to the agent in the background, coaching her on how to manipulate the conversation. When I questioned the math or said I didn't understand their confusing textbook-scripted jargon, they became condescending and mocked me. They are looking for victims who won't check the math. If you value your financial freedom, stay away. Do not trust their "calculations"--they are playing a shell game with your home equity.
