Adam was awesome! Straight forward pricing, almost upsold me but ultimately I got what I needed. My door was stuck because of a broken door bracket and I ended up getting new springs and cables amongst other things and it was done within 24hours. Because I was worried about theft, Adam got my door down before dusk and came right back at 10am and finished right at noon. My garage pulley motor, to which I thought was running on its last leg (because it was seriously like a 20 second draw, from closed to open and vice verse) now works like a charm. Our ancient garage door finally rusted off it's hinges, and after I called, David came over same day to assess the situation. I knew we needed a replacement, but he realized we'd need framing done too, and had another contractor he works with come in and do that, all under same bid for a very reasonable amount. My garage door's top panel was cracked in the middle, and had buckled enough that one of the windows in it shattered. I was so pleased that Leo and his team did not start off recommending I replace the entire door. To address the broken panel, they recommended a fix similar to what I'd seen online, and even had the materials with them. I messaged this company via Yelp at 10:15 am and by 12:50 they had arrived and fixed this issue. They had to order the glass for the window's exact measurements, but arrived just two days later to install it. That window now looks better than the one that didn't break! I put off getting this garage door fixed for 9 months, parking outside all winter because I was so worried I'd be pressured into replacing the entire door. Once the window got broken and forced my hand (no HOA is going to tolerate that for long!), I was shocked at how easy and quickly the work got done. They were also able to show me that (in the same incident that broke the window), the springs on one side were broken, but when I said I have a home warranty that covers the springs, they said I really should get it fixed through the warranty, being honest that the cost, with the extent of the damage, would be significant. I thought the cost was reasonable and I also really appreciated how careful the team was with the broken glass from the window because my cat occasionally runs around in the garage.
