These guys are great. My garage door opener was acting up intermittently and it was hard to figure out the issue. They came quickly and worked to correct the problem. They thought I might need a new opener but tried a less expensive fix first - which I appreciated. Their fix worked great for a couple weeks. But, then the opener failed. I'm so glad that I gave this new business a try. I have a wall mount lift master that suddenly stopped working. A google search based upon my non-existing knowledge of garage door openers did not tell me whether it was repairable or needed replaced. So I turned to yelp to try to get a quote for both. I sent messages to 7 businesses. One gave a $150-$250 estimate for repair. Most basically gave non-answers saying to call them to discuss. ES said to call to schedule a free inspection. I called this morning and he was at my house in under 2 hours. (This was not an emergency.) It took him just a minute to diagnose the problem. And just a couple minutes more to fix it. It seemed a pretty simple problem. And if I had known what it was, I could have probably fixed it myself. But I didn't. So $69+tax was a really good deal, especially considering the one quote that I was given by the competition. I have 2 single garage doors. I had opened the working one to let him in. As he was leaving, I closed that garage door. I had thought it was a bit noisy because maybe it was just an old opener. But he heard it and immediately came back and said it was broken. My skeptic reaction was to think oh no, here we go. But he said, he'd fix it for free! It required replacing a part. And though it was also a quick fix, it did require more work than the other opener that I had paid him to repair. Now that door is nice and quiet and operates smoothly. It used to do some jerk/pausing when it closed and actually worried me a little that it would break while opening/closing. So I was sure to not let anyone walk under it before it was fully opened. I'm glad that it is safe again. I'd definitely recommend this business. And if I should need another repair or replacement down the road, I will definitely be coming back to these guys! read more

My garage door hasn't been working for a month now. I tried having a friend fix it and that didn't work. When I contacted E.s Garage Doors they were very responsive and able to come do an assessment the next day. Immediately I could tell David was extremely knowledgeable. He gave me a few suggestions on what the issues were. It turns out that the entire garage system needs to be replaced because the previous installer didn't install correctly. Because I will be moving out shortly I only need access to the garage so I do not intend on fixing the entire problem.
