They were empty when I went (20+ available spaces), but there's no way to connect without the app. Not sure if this is a "Tesla only " site, but it doesn't have any info beyond Yelp, so I have no way of knowing. The hotel said they were open 24/7, so they were clueless. I tried once per day across a three day stay, all at different times, in case there were some odd blackout rules. The dog park area was nice with plenty of poop bags unfortunately not everyone picks up their dogs mess. If you walk up the hill there is a great grass area for your kids and dog to run. Breakfast has lots of options. Unfortunately no bar but they will take you up the hill to the other Hilton in a golf cart if you want dinner or drinks.
