Had a challenging situation with a new home and Gabe responded very promptly to my request for online quotes as well as addressed my needs, fitting me into his busy schedule even though he was all booked. He was professional, courteous and provided exceptional service. I also really appreciated that he looked at the least costly and simplest fixes first, being considerate of my budget and looking at providing the best solution with the most reasonable expense. I highly recommend Gabe and E-Pro for electrical work and plan to use them whenever I need in the future! read more

Didn't call me back until the next day. Answered and he said "yeah this is Gabe calling you back." No idea who he was. He then said from E-Pro and I had left a message. Gabe sounded like he really didn't want to bother talking to me. I told him i no longer needed him (another electrician came from Just in Time and fixed it that morning). Rude and late. No thank you. read more

Gabe was great, from start to finish. We didn't have a big project, just helping us hook up a hot tub. Gabe lead us through the process from beginning to end. Checking in throughout the way and always making sure we were part of the process. There is nothing more we could have asked for. The process was quick, organized and very clean. Workmanship, professionalism and communication were all a 10/10! Thank you for everything. We will be in touch as soon as we figure out our next project and will recommend you to anyone we know looking for work. read more

Gabe did an amazing job for us from the very beginning. Stopped by for a quote in November 2019. Gave us several options. We wanted other work done as well. Solid estimate that didn't change 4 months later. We threw a curve at him before install with other work requests. He did them all like a pro and it really didn't change the price much. Really happy we found Gabe. He is no nonsense about working long and hard to get the job done. The work passed inspection in just a few minutes and I had a panel swap out. So it was a detailed inspection just fast because the work was so clean. read more

We recently purchased an old farmhouse that needed a complete panel replacement and relocated. We contacted Gabe at E-pro and he provided a competitive quote compared to a few other electrical companies. Gabe we over what needed to be done and how long it was going to take, it didn't take long. We were very pleased with Gabe's professionalism, honesty, and reliability. We highly recommend Gabe with E-Pro to anyone in need of electrical work! read more

Gabe is absolutely the BEST electrician! My family and I have used his services since 2015 and will never use anyone else. (Don't move away, Gabe!) He really goes above and beyond, occasionally coming the same day to help me or my parents with an electrical issue he knows won't take long. We trust him so much that we even text him for referrals and recommendations for other services, like plumbers. You will NOT regret establishing a long-term professional relationship for your electrical needs from E-PRO! read more

I contacted E-Pro after getting their info from Quiet Cool's website as a certified installer. Gabe from E-Pro was completely professional, spent the time to enter the attic and do some measurements. He found that a normal install was not possible due to the spacing of the struts. He was able to come up with an alternate solution by using my overlarge attic access on one side for the fan and just converting the rest of the access into a normal access like in a newer house (My old access was huge with a heavy duty wooden folding ladder attached to it). I HIGHLY recommend E-Pro. Very quick and responsive. read more

Gabe was super prompt with our initial inquiry. He also took the time to patiently explain our options as to the pros and cons of each potential solution with our home inspection electrical requests. Highly recommend! read more

Being a property manager really educates a person on the amount of service a company is willing to provide. E-Pro Electrical not only went above and beyond in a VERY SHORT time frame but also explained everything that would potentially happen up to the worst case scenario which a lot of companies shy away from. I really appreciated their customer service in explaining what they could do and what the variables they would have to deal with working on an older house. My family and I will definitely call them first for any future electrical needs ! read more

On 09/06/2019 I had Gabe from E-Pro replace my electrical panel to provide more capacity. His prices were competitive and he did an excellent job in a timely fashion. I am quite busy so I really appreciated that he took care of everything: Getting the permit, getting the lock removed from my meter, scheduling the inspector, etc. The inspector passed the job with no issues, so I am a happy guy. I recommend Gabe without reservation to anyone who would like quality electrical work done for a reasonable price. read more

Gabe returned my call in approx an hour. Made appt, Gabe arrived on time. Gabe is a nice young man, got to work right away, took maybe 30 minutes to find a bad electrical outlet. Replaced the outlet and gave me some info about wall heaters, they need to be cleaned once in a while. I learned a little myself. Gabe wrapped up I suppose in about an hour. I'll keep his card,, you never know. Anyway, would highly recommend. read more
