There is also a huge private parking lot with many parking spaces. Customers can purchase any items directly from the showroom floor, or can have items ordered. In addition to the huge on-site selection, they have an enormous catalog of anything one could possibly need. Many furniture items can be customized with a huge variety of fabrics or layouts. We have had Vertechs relocate light fixtures in our ceiling and walls as well as relocate and add fire detectors. They have serviced our breaker box as well as interior and exterior outlets. Their technicians have always been polite, respectful and informative when explaining the issues they have discovered and how they conducted the repairs. Last week they were at our home as we were having issues with original outlets installed by the builder shutting off and becoming extremely hot. The problem was taken care of the same day I called as the issues were very serious to me. I really like the fact that I am informed of their progress and proximity to my home when they are coming to the house to conduct repairs. I also have 18 foot ceilings in parts of the home as well as in the stairway to the second floor and they are the only company I have found who will come out to change lightbulbs and smoke detector batteries at those ceiling heights. I did go back and see the updated information regarding the new owner. I'm sorry for jumping to conclusions, I was just worried I might have had a faulty panel and was out all that money I had spent but I regret rushing to leave negative feedback instead of allowing time for a proper response and resolution. My apologies, the original electrician did go over the amp max with me and I opted for a lesser one. Regardless this was a very quick fix! The owner did a great job, fast friendly etc overall a good trustworthy guy plus he gave me a really good deal. I was also told by the owner that if I have any issues relating to my panel within the next two years that he would come back out FREE OF CHARGE and as long as there were no additional unrelated issues he would fix it as soon as possible free of charge. My breaker tripped last night, I tried a couple things to resolve but couldn't figure out the issue. I tried calling the number I had saved for this electrician, but it kept going straight to voicemail so I found the name of the business in the Zelle app I used to send the payment for the install and found the business on yelp. After calling and reaching a voicemail it said due to high volume to text them for faster response. I reached out via text and told them my breaker tripped and I need someone out here asap. I received a pretty fast response advising me of their troubleshoot fee. I was shocked. I really trusted this man and I don't know if I received any paperwork or if all I have is his word.. but I feel I am being treated unfairly and should not have to pay this charge, let alone any potential repairs that may be necessary. Even though I may not have saved all of the paperwork/warranty, this is NOT ok and I will be taking additional steps if we can't rectify the situation promptly.
