This caps a horrible pharm tech who refuses/refused to help people when she didn't feel like it. She'll leave you feeling insane because she's rude with a friendly smile and quiet, passive agressive demeanor. I was told that I was irresponsible for not knowing the whereabouts of my primary provider, who works in three different sites, and because of this, she'd make no efforts to request my refill. How is this legal or ethical? It's not. I was told, after stating that I've gone into dark clinical depression/suicidality in the past without this med, that I was "threatening" and thus I was blasted and treated horribly. Outrageous. When I finally spoke with a supervisor personally, he scoffed at me for asking for the Pharmacist who's a friend and always cordial. "He's not a supervisor." Arrogant. He gave me a short-term refill and informed me I'd still be in trouble. Well I am. I've had to ration a dose that my primary provider had approved more than enough of. And I can't find a decent pharmacy to refill my life sustaining medication without anger, blame, arrogance, and violating my privacy. After I picked up my photos I noticed that several were blank and half printed on the negatives and at least 3-5 prints were missing. I called in to inquire about that and the same employee told me that it was probably because the person who took the photos took them in too dark of a place and they didn't come out. I told her I knew for a fact that several of the pictures were taken in a plenty bright space and I could tell that some of the negatives were half there and yet the pictures that matched the negatives were still not in the package. She continued to repeat that it must have been because they were too dark and there was nothing she could do about it, getting rather rude. I said oh well and thank you and she promptly hung up the phone before I'd even finished speaking. I won't be returning to that location again.

It was a negative mood changer for me but I didn't feel comfortable speaking up to the clerk at the counter knowing it was his music. I did however take the time to call to speak to a manager the following day. Much to his credit, he was very receptive and appreciated that I cared enough to take the time to call. It turned what was a mixed experience into a positive one where I will definitely go back to find that rare IPA Rays carries.

The seven tritip bag and pork ribs are awesome. The one thing I learned is there Angus frozen hamburgers are absolutely the best in town. The also have very large beef hot dogs the are really good. I am not much of a hot dog fan but these are amazing. The people who work here are really nice. The store is set up to get in and out in minutes. I live out of town I told him. He said you don't need then until Halloween so just come back, you have plenty of time. He seemed annoyed that I wanted what I had ordered. WEIRD. Bill said "We can only get what the warehouse has." So what is the point of ordering?? Bill went to get Mike and for some reason I became the bad customer. Mike had my phone number so he could have called me a day before to tell me he didn't have my product. I could have been told they were sorry. I just wanted to pay for the 13 boxes on my cart. I couldn't get by the small area so I told a nice lady I wasnt cutting. Mike came over to ask what my order was. Shouldn't he know?? I wasnt keeping it a secret. Because he was talking to me, the cashier skipped me. I just want to pay for my order since they seem bothered by me. Driving back to Redding I thought Why did I put in an order for hot dogs at a place that SELLS hot dogs to be picked up 12 days later and then EXPECTED my order to be there?? I didn't ask them to scrub my toliet, reroof my house or rotate my tires. I realized I WAS the problem by asking to buy a product sold by US Foods with money. What was I thinking??!! Instead of contacting customer service as they responded, I would rather paint my house with a q-tip or go back to high school.
