Their inside service window is broken (I can't describe what it is or how it's damaged, but this amounts to having to shout my name, medications for pick-up, and birthdate for everyone in the vicinity to hear. It then amounts to back and forth from a broken window to a window for payment and pick-up). This will not be fixed for months - if at all. This caps a horrible pharm tech who refuses/refused to help people when she didn't feel like it. She'll leave you feeling insane because she's rude with a friendly smile and quiet, passive agressive demeanor. I was told that I was irresponsible for not knowing the whereabouts of my primary provider, who works in three different sites, and because of this, she'd make no efforts to request my refill. How is this legal or ethical? It's not. I was told, after stating that I've gone into dark clinical depression/suicidality in the past without this med, that I was "threatening" and thus I was blasted and treated horribly. Outrageous. When I finally spoke with a supervisor personally, he scoffed at me for asking for the Pharmacist who's a friend and always cordial. "He's not a supervisor." Arrogant. He gave me a short-term refill and informed me I'd still be in trouble. Well I am. I've had to ration a dose that my primary provider had approved more than enough of. After I picked up my photos I noticed that several were blank and half printed on the negatives and at least 3-5 prints were missing. I called in to inquire about that and the same employee told me that it was probably because the person who took the photos took them in too dark of a place and they didn't come out. I told her I knew for a fact that several of the pictures were taken in a plenty bright space and I could tell that some of the negatives were half there and yet the pictures that matched the negatives were still not in the package. She continued to repeat that it must have been because they were too dark and there was nothing she could do about it, getting rather rude. They block the sign that are supposed to show you the charges on the counter under the 2 for 1 dollar meat sticks. So when I asked a taller middle eastern gentleman with a black bluetooth in his ear, why it's hidden under there he flips out by getting loud with me, "I don't want your money and I'm not playing these games with you. And you can leave my store." I didn't say anything about games but from his reaction he knows his store does something wrong. I am not much of a hot dog fan but these are amazing. The people who work here are really nice. The store is set up to get in and out in minutes.
