I've shopped at this store for 4+ years now. I've purchased Samsung Galaxy S5, S7, and S7 (yes 3…read morephones), and 2 cell phone protective cases. All items worked as expected. When buying an older phone (I usually buy 2-3 generations old), check whether they are programmed for a Canadian carrier (even though the phones are unlocked). The first S7 I bought was actually for a US carrier. The only difference is that when it came to entering an address for a contact, it assumed it was for a zip code rather than a postal code. Everything else worked as expected. I've had one repair (my mini-USB port was worn out). The repair worked and I had no complaints. This time I'm buying a replacement S-pen for a Samsung Note 8. The owner knew to ask me whether I wanted a real Samsung pen or an after-market one. I chose a genuine pen because I read that after-market ones don't work as well. So to summarize, I've never been disappointed with Cell Rox. There moved across the hall about 6 months ago into a bigger space.

My laptop refused to turn on yesterday so I did a quick search of computer repair shops in my area. CompuMobile came up, had great reviews and was literally 2 minutes away from my home. . I walked in, was greeted right away, and the staff (I forget the gentleman's name, 3 letters, started with an A) was immediately sympathetic to the situation. He set me up on their text system, and took my computer. A couple hours later I received a call, the gentleman told me what they thought the problem was (damaged CPU) and they asked me for permission to go ahead with the repair and quoted me around $150 (which, considering my laptop is close to $1000, nevermind all the valuable info on it, is a pretty good deal). Another few hours later I received a call confirming that they have fixed it, and will stress test it over night. The next day I dropped by, a different gentleman by the name of Declan helped me. He gave me a full story to the best of his knowledge of what the issue was, how it happened and what I could do to prevent it from happening in the future, also confirming they give you a 60-day warranty in case the fix wasn't effective. Overall, very helpful and friendly staff, great communication. Will recommend to anyone to come here for phone or computer repairs. Thank you!
