Petunia had a medical emergency the day before our vacation and Wiggles stepped right up to the challenge, saying Petunia was welcome to stay with them as planned. They were happy to talk with me each day when I called for updates, and Petunia thrived and was quite healed and in excellent spirits by the time we returned. We are so grateful to Wiggles for their excellent care of our baby and we highly recommend them!

The older of our two dogs suddenly passed away and our younger dog has been taking it harder than we have (which is pretty hard). The staff has been very concerned, and when we took our dog back in to see how she would do without her sister, everyone was good with her and very helpful and she did just fine! Also, my husband had an unplanned hospital procedure and we needed to book our dog in overnight without notice, and Metro Pooch accommodated us. Kathy was the only person to respond to us, even calling my husband and answering his questions and giving some advice even before we signed up for classes. When we were ready to bring our dog to group training, unfortunately he did not react well to their facility. It's just one of those things you can't predict and is likely a reflection of something with his past. Fran and Stephanie were understanding and were able to make some modifications for small improvements, but they were also able to facilitate a transition from group to solo classes. Being able to work with Fran in our home has made a world of difference for our pup. She is a great support and has given us lots of tips and resources to continue this journey.
