She took the time to get to know exactly what I needed from her to make the best out of my appointment. Her style and technique was perfect! The morning of my appointment, the lady who serviced me texted me that she was running late, as she forgot her hair bag. At first I was like ummm not my problem? But, I have been in the salon service industry before so I decided to be thankful that she updated me and I arrived a few minutes later as she requested. As I entered her suite, she was on the phone and was having a conversation; which to me is not good as she knows a client is about to walk in.. As she is trying to match my hair color, she tells me that she does not have my correct color and will need to go up the street to get it. I was taken aback as what hair stylist isn't this prepared for a client? I suggested to mix the colors she had since I was not about to wait any longer to get my hair done. The thing that put it over the edge for me, was in the middle of her dying my hair, she stops and answers a facetime call, who does that?
