So signed up for unit to see if pricing settles to fair value. Immediately comes the sales email. Your personal contact. Warn them not to discuss "market price" and do not contact if current price is their mandatory price. So ... next comes a buyers order with the "market price" that was already declined and the two extraneous fees including their prep handling fee. Good bye .... Blocked. Why can a car salesman not offer a true retail experience. Stop the BS and games. Do you buy any other item of value, Perhaps furniture , where they add all these items outside of taxes and come up with a much inflated price ?? And then suggests the market dictates it.

I sent in an interest request on an 80K vehicle. I immediately received a response via email by a…read moresalesman named Brian Peine. I responded and requested he call me because I am really interested in their vehicle and ready to buy. Never heard from Brian. I called and after numerous transfers and hanging up on me, I finally spoke to a manager named Victor. Victor identified himself as a manger and was worthless. He had every excuse why I was not able to reach a salesman. He stated the dealership just had a fire and their phones were questionable . Victor was non-responsive, had zero customer service, and his arrogance was easily demonstrated through the phone. I explained to him I was from out of state and if there was any movement on the price. Victor stated the dealer does not need to lower prices to sell vehicles to people from out of state or in-state. Not only was Victor not very friendly , the so called MANAGER made no effort whatsoever to sell me the vehicle or apologize for the 3 attempts to reach a salesman. He was horrible to deal with. I said thank you and that was it. The next day Brian Peine sent me a second email stating he would call me in a couple minutes. I never received a call from Brian all day. I sent him an email asking why he never called and his excuse was he was really busy. I have all email correspondence to show everything stayed above. False promises, No customer service, No professionalism, and a Manager that has no idea of customer service. I would never spend my money here and I hope everyone else reconsiders their decision on this business. First impressions are everything and an insight to how the dealership is being operated. I hope the upper management and GM see this review and train Victor and Brian about doing what you say you're going to do and basic customer service. I would hate for anyone else to have to experience what I just did with this so called dealership.

This Dealership: Where Customer Service Goes to Die (But Hey, At Least the Air Conditioning Works)…read more What an absolute privilege it was to do business with this dealership. Truly. I came in expecting to buy a car -- silly me -- and instead got front-row seats to the most dysfunctional operation I've ever witnessed. Let's start with the salesman, who graciously decided to show up 45 minutes late to our appointment. I can only assume he was busy solving world hunger or curing diseases, because clearly being on time for customers is beneath him. Then came the beautiful promise of a 90-day warranty. Wow, how generous! Except -- plot twist -- the car was too old to even qualify. I mean, who checks details like that when you can just say whatever it takes to close a deal, right? And the follow-up? Oh, I hope you're patient, because the salesperson ghosted us for two weeks. I can only imagine they were overwhelmed with the effort of remembering we existed. When I finally dragged the sales manager into it, he treated the whole situation like I'd asked him to donate a kidney. Arrogant, dismissive -- he must really hate having customers interrupt his busy schedule of doing absolutely nothing. Let's not forget the windshield saga. We were apparently invisible, because no one even knew that's why we were there. After what felt like begging, pleading, and possibly offering my firstborn, the window was finally fixed. Bravo -- what a heroic effort to meet basic obligations. And the cherry on top? I called the general manager. I'm sure he's working tirelessly on crafting a response, because shocker -- still no word. Maybe he's on an extended vacation in a land where customer service still exists. If you're looking for a dealership that specializes in broken promises, endless delays, and Olympic-level indifference -- congratulations, you've found it. For the rest of us who value our time, sanity, and dignity? Run, don't walk, in the other direction.

We dropped the car off for a cosmetic issue under warranty and also asked them to do an oil change and tire rotation. They never did the tire rotation, but told me they did do the rotation when we picked up the car but did not give us any paperwork when we picked up the car, only a receipt for the charges, they hit the card for. We had to bring the car back because the cosmetic damage part had to be ordered. When we did, we asked them to check the tire pressures because it doesn't seem, they checked that when they did the tire rotation. When we finally picked up the car, everything was done.We looked at the paperwork they gave us and it shows they never did a tire rotation.I brought this up to joe the service advisor he said, no, it doesn't look like they ever did that.I said, why not? They were told to do that, they told me they did do that on the first trip. We went back and forth and I found his answers worthless. I feel the service advisor is very incompetent. Since he couldn't do a simple thing like the tire rotation on the paperwork, they only did the oil change. While I was arguing with him over this, he said, I would have to talk to the manager.A Joe Colon, but he's not there today.I'd have to call on monday as it is I was very busy at my own job monday so on tuesday, I called and of course I got voicemail not joe himself and I left a voicemail. That was tuesday 5/12 I have not heard anything back since, never received a call back. I cannot stress enough to make sure you get paperwork whenever you pick up your vehicle and make sure services were done. Because if not, they will keep leading you on and then you have to make another trip. And another trip and another trip in.
