If I could rate the facility less than 1 star I would. Transmission went out and the tow truck driver noticed bearings on the asphalt, suggesting we have the bearings looked at as well. A week plus later we were notified the rear axle was bent. Kept calling to find out the status but never any progress. I had to find a used one, after about seven weeks! Had it shipped from AAZZEE in Minn., (GREAT place to work with, by the way). They said they inspect the axel and could not be shipped with fluid. That it is mentioned in the enclosed instructions but a quality repair shop would know this.
I picked up our vehicle and drove about 135 miles to visit my aunt. A couple days later I noticed a large oil leak underneath. I called Scott's and the first thing he said is "I didn't do anything to it, I just put it in." The place that removed and replaced the access plate correctly told me the access plate was only hand tightened. Just think of the possible complications had I just headed back to Wisconsin. read more
