When my insurance got ahold of them they told them to come out. Allstate came out to transfer the truck they were no where to be found even though they gave them a time. Not one soul. The driver to pick up my truck waiting over 2 hours and left. Now as of Dec 10th they received the bill of over $3,000 of charges for the hold on my truck. MIND YOU, I need a vehicle. Mine was totaled. These guys take their SWEET time and try and suck you dry. I'm SURE Allstate will come after them for a stunt like this and since my door to the truck was unlocked, but no keys for the driver, I too, will be doing the same. Shame on this company. As if the world isn't expensive enough, and on top of that it's Christmas time, I need a vehicle. ABSOLUTE TRASH COMPANY

Bought a "Tenant Parking Only Sign" from Mast Bros. a few years back that has the relevant ORS…read morenoted on it, which makes a tow-away zone legal according to the person I bought it from. This company got called in the morning and when they got here 20 minutes later, the car that was parked had people getting in it and was ready to move. The driver could do nothing, which is understandable. The driver also said that a smaller tow truck would have been needed and he would have had to go back and get one if the car was still there. Later in the day another non-tenant car was present. I called up Mast Bros. again with that person claiming there was no smaller truck. Who's zooming who Two hours go by and no tow truck shows up. I call back to ask my place in the queue. The person (third one talked to) who answered the phone had no idea and then claimed there had been several service calls responded to when only one had. It all went downhill from there on the phone with the dispatcher accusing me of being snippy instead of taking care of business, after which he said he did not want to talk to me any more followed by him hanging up. Talk about lousy company service. Oh well, at least I got a sign I paid for out of the deal...LOL! If you want a towing company who can help you enforce your property's parking rules, look elsewhere.

Called around 12:00, they said the invoice wasn't ready, they would call me. Wife called 1:30ish and they said it was ready. We got there 2ish, so roughly the car was there under 24 hrs. We were xharged for two day because one day was yesterday and today was 2 days. When you call the menu it asks over 24 hrs or under 24. Pretty much they may have overcharged us. Just saying.

Both the Tow Driver and the Repair Professionals were outstandand ing. Read On: We were departing Bandon Dunes to Roseville CA when our Lexus started blinking its engine light. I called our Lexus Dealer, consistent with the owner's manual they said do not drive it but have it towed for repair. Well we had AAA coverage for towing and Morin's dispatched their truck - he picked up our Lexus and us and towed us to Morin's in Coos Bay. Friendly guy and good at what he does, Thank You! It was a Friday, other facilities had already told us they could not get to us until Monday. Morin's said, "They would if they could" The diagnosed the problem to an Ignition Coil and Spark Plug. Total time off the road was less than 3 hours including towing. The bill was under $250. We easily could have been waiting the entire weekend and our bill could have 10x that as - how we we know (the closest Lexus dealer was almost 100 miles away). These guys are ethical! Tiare was in touch with us the whole way. We were joyed to be on the road so quickly and encouraged that we had encountered and fair and professional business. After waiting well over an hour or so the gentleman with Holy Smoke Towing just happened to drive by and saw us, he turned around and changed the tire for us. Who knows how long we would've been waiting for our insurance assistance. YES, good people still exist, and he truly is one of them.
