Bought a "Tenant Parking Only Sign" from Mast Bros. a few years back that has the relevant ORS noted on it, which makes a tow-away zone legal according to the person I bought it from. This company got called in the morning and when they got here 20 minutes later, the car that was parked had people getting in it and was ready to move. The driver could do nothing, which is understandable. The driver also said that a smaller tow truck would have been needed and he would have had to go back and get one if the car was still there.
Later in the day another non-tenant car was present. I called up Mast Bros. again with that person claiming there was no smaller truck. Who's zooming who Two hours go by and no tow truck shows up. I call back to ask my place in the queue. The person (third one talked to) who answered the phone had no idea and then claimed there had been several service calls responded to when only one had. It all went downhill from there on the phone with the dispatcher accusing me of being snippy instead of taking care of business, after which he said he did not want to talk to me any more followed by him hanging up.
Talk about lousy company service. Oh well, at least I got a sign I paid for out of the deal...LOL!
