He charged me $300 to replace my phone screen, claiming it was an original part, but it didn't work properly and I ended up having to buy a new phone anyway. What upsets me the most is not the money, but the way customers are treated. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable for someone working in customer service. I had only the virtual onscreen keyboard. Techs blamed hardware and signed off. We're up to Friday, July 3rd, eve of the 250th celebrations. I knew it was time for an onsite rescue, and a friend recommended PC Mike. I left a desperate phone message, hoping to hear from him after the weekend to make an appointment for a visit the following week. To my surprise, PC Mike called me back a couple of hours later, listened to my woes and said, "Maybe I can solve it from here. Let me sign in and have a look."
