To quote my building's move out inspector: "Your cleaner did not do a good job." Two of us who were…read morethere also agreed. Team Clean NYC's lackluster work included basically the entire kitchen remaining dirty, the floors having debris, and the cleaner breaking a panel off of the cabinets. While that stuff itself is disappointing, the real cherry on top is the company not interested in doing anything but defending the work. EDIT DUE TO RESPONSE: 1. We came back at the time that he told us, if he wasn't done then, that is not on us, and we were glad to wait however long needed. It simply wasn't communicated. For example, if he didn't want us there while he was cleaning, he could have given us a time to come back when he was done, finished on time, or simply asked for more time before we came back. We're sorry if stopping by, tipping him, and saying good work caused an uncomfortable environment. 2. We knew about the cabinet and could have explicitly mentioned it in the email, however not only is it clearly not a cabinet that we managed to not break in 2 years, but the details mentioned in our emails were loosely paid attention to so I'm not sure it would have done any good. 3. "Set up to fail" is an odd way of defending this kind of cleaning work. At the end of the day, your company left the apartment in that state and the photos show the work that the company somehow is proud of.

Beware of this company. I paid for a 3-hour cleaning of a small studio apartment. It was a move out…read morecleaning so there was no furniture or any belongings in the apartment and all I asked them to do was simply wipe down appliances, cabinets, and other surfaces. They left my kitchen sink, cabinets, fridge, toilet, and floor dirty. I had the moving-out walkthrough with my apartment immediately after the cleaning so I didn't have time to ask the cleaner to fix everything he had left dirty. I made the mistake of leaving the tip at the beginning and leaving for an errand. Even my apartment staff were shocked at what a bad job the cleaner did. I reached out to customer service and they refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing and said there was nothing they could do. Money down the drain.

Let me just say this in caps A&P CLEANING SERVICES IS THE ANSWER TO ALL THESE OTHER CLEANING SERVICES... PERIOD (This company doesn't need those two applications to survive) Seriously from start to finish this cleaning service literally gets the job done no matter how messy/or dirty any house can get! From puppy stains to the late night get-together you couldn't quite get to cleaning up because you were hung over that day, trust me they can make your house spotless! When the cleaning crew came to my house they did deep cleaning around my entire house and I gotta say I was more than impressed with their techniques of cleaning an apt. When they were finished with cleaning my apt the final smell was simply orgasmic! It was as if I was moving into my apt for the first time! And it only took a couple of hours! (to me that's fast for a three bedroom apt). Some honorable mentions -flexible hours they can arrive to you by -really good rates/quotes are given before hand -they take their cleaning very seriously and get each task done quickly OVERALL: their number is on my speedial every time I need a cleaning and I think you should give A&P cleaning services a huge hug and try!

I was very disappointed with this service. The prices were great and customer service leading up…read moreto my appointment were excellent. I've had cleaning services in the past, so I am fully aware of what to expect from a good cleaning service. At first glance, it seemed that the cleaner was doing a pretty good job, raising all my blinds to clean the windows, sweeping the floor, making the bed etc. However, upon further inspection after he left I noticed my place was still a mess. The bed had been "made" but sheets had not been changed, despite my leaving a clean set of sheets on the bed. My kitchen floor was barely mopped, there were dirt and stains all over the floor. My counter tops were not wiped down, my dining room table was also not wiped down, my stove top was not wiped down, the front door stove dirty and stained, microwave dirty---these are simple things that should be included in a standard cleaning service, not asking for anything above and beyond here! I messaged the company immediately with photos of the dirty floor and stove and was told they were sorry and that they would offer me $10 off my NEXT cleaning service which they would do a "deep clean" next time rather than a regular. I replied that I felt that was unacceptable, as I just spent $75 to have my apt cleaned and now would have to clean it myself. They never responded to my last message. They should have returned to my apt to clean it properly or offer me a partial refund of some sort, as I clearly did not get what I paid for! Best part of all of this, is that the cleaner left me his business card before he left and when I looked at it, it stated he was the owner!!! I am appalled at this level of service and the lack of good customer service once they received their money!

This was supposed to be a "deep clean" & I also paid for add ons. I had 1 cleaner who came with her son & they only took a total of 1 hour and 45 mins to "deep clean" my whole apartment. I felt as if they were extremely rushed, they barely vacuumed, and also they were 30 minutes late for the appointment!
