this place has been bought out and has a great new staff got my car in and out at a very fair price

thank god great people bought this shop and hired fabulous mechanics. it's an entirely different experience. i had a bad window regulator and it was about to start raining so they took me right in and fixed that and my door handles that were just barely working. i will definitely come back here when i need my truck worked on. i'm an old lady with an old truck andf they treated me like a queen read more

Excellent professional service. Found the problem right away. Friendly and very helpful. Explained the problem and what it took to fix it.

They broke the handle of the trunk of our car and did not apologize. When we asked them about it, they were defensive and rude. I definitely would not go to this place. They have other bad reviews I would say the bad reviews are justified. read more

We had a great professional relationship up until recently. Basically our truck was taken to them for a major engine repair & broke down again only a month later with the same issue. It was determined that the part was faulty & warranty work was preformed. It did take months for that to happen though. Unfortunately the truck died a third time. My husband refused to take it back to E&J and the dealership did the repair, claiming it was directly due to the repair done incorrectly the second time. Namely, oil not added after the rebuild. E&J unfortunately lied to us about that When asked directly about that. Man this is painful to write, but despite being extremely patient & courteous to this point, we are done. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. Took my truck to them for diesel injector issues. After a ridiculous amount of time they finally got it "fixed." A week later the issue is back and even worse. They said they would correct the issue under warranty, well after another 6 weeks or longer, I finally get it back. But now it would not start properly after sitting for more than a week. So I took it to the dealership, it was 5qts low of oil (15qt total capacity) and the injectors needed to be replaced. The truck had not gone more than 50miles since coming back from E&J, it never burned oil before, not a drop. And it is almost impossible for it to burn that much oil for that little running. Furthermore, there was no evidence of any oil leak at all. The tech at Ford even said that the engine was in great shape minus the injector issues. My wife went by to talk to them about the issues that the dealership was having to correct, they told her that they would try and make a warranty claim on the parts that they replaced. Well a few weeks go by and no response, so she calls again. They flat out lied to her, telling her they never said they were going to file a warranty claim and that it was all due to that type of engine burning oil. They further went on to tell her that they had to add oil to it when they had worked on it "so it must be a common problem" interesting that it was never marked on the paperwork they gave us. And it has never been low at time of oil change. I will never use this shop again, and I will do my best to inform anyone I can not to use it either. read more

This Is the WORST place of Corruption. I had my truck taken there and WHAT A NIGHTMARE.. Had to pay for thing that were NEVER ask to be done And 69 for a brake light bulb..UMM mine was just fine and it was my line that got damaged during the tornado. Then 400 to fix the line of course I had it fixed somewhere else for less than 100 and truck runs beautiful. Don't Trust this place to listen and care complete a work order properly let alone charge you for something that never was a issue from the start. Money was never a issue I pay for good honest people but to take advantage of people is not good business and not the Oklahoma way. Shawnee just came out of destructions our city our Idea was find a place in Shawnee where we live keep money in our town because a lot has happened it was never a taught of us being ripped off and taken advantage of. The sad thing is many people need help with their cars I want to let everyone know this is not the place to go. Not happy at all. They won't put anything in writing, they don't stand behind their work, it takes an unbelievable amount of time for them to do any work and they just give you the run around. We even had parts for them to put in and they didn't. read more

This is the worst garage you could take your vehicle to. In fact If you are planning to take your vehicle in for this experience you should just pour gas all over your car and set it on fire. You will still come out ahead. This is how the process works First, you take your vehicle in and discuss what problems you are having. Then they tell you they will take a look and everything will be good to go. You leave feeling relieved. Next, you do not hear from them,days will go by. You become concerned so you give them a call. They then inform you they hadn't even got to your car yet. But it will be in line for tomorrow. So the next afternoon you call and the famous "runaround" .....BS begins. Apparently this the the stage where they don't know anything and have zero idea how to figure it out. "We are still testing blah blah.. need a few more days. Days go by nothing ... more run around .. I will say they are good at the run around language .. very creative .. then when you decide enough is enough ... you go pick up your vehicle and they charge you .. (charge you for what?)the vehicle is the same as it was when u left it (just a few days older)nothing repaired. Yet they want their money... at least they guarantee their work. read more
