This was a fairly large job, and Mr. Alfaro, along with another colleague were extremely efficient and professional. They really did a beautiful job top to bottom. They came on time and were very neat and efficient. I had not cleaned my windows in years and they were a real mess. When Nelson was done they are gleaming. I especially liked the way they initially sprayed the windows with some type of cleaning solution; and then, rather than just letting it drip dry, they went back and individually squeegeed and wiped down each window. Now that is service. And I greatly appreciated it. My patio had also not been powerwashed in years, and was a real nightmare. When Nelson was done, it looked brand new (see photo). I didn't even realize how bad my driveway looked, and had not originally thought to have it cleaned. But after doing the rest of the house, Nelson suggested that we do it to really "complete" the project. And while it did cost a little extra, the end result was well worth every penny (see before and after photos). Finally, aside from his work ethic and professionalism, Nelson is just a very nice guy - very personable and friendly. I highly recommend him.
