After receiving repeated…read morecalls and pressure to book my move, I finally signed the contract and scheduled a moving date. At no point was it made clear that my reservation would be canceled without further notice if the deposit was not immediately paid. Although I signed the contract and believed my move was scheduled, the company canceled my reservation and gave away my moving date because I forgot to submit the $100 deposit. Instead of making a phone call or attempting to contact me directly, they simply sent a text message informing me that my move had been canceled. Considering how aggressively they pursued my business before I signed, I expected at least the same level of communication before canceling my reservation. A quick phone call could have easily resolved the issue. Instead, I was left scrambling to find another moving date and dealing with unnecessary stress.

Thankfully My apartment was also able to help last minute and move my move in date up to the next day. Tim, and his team were KIND courteous and careful. They successfully got my very difficult to move sofa up three flights of stairs Without damage! It was nice to have genuine human interaction with people offering a service and knowing they care about the people they are providing for. Only one of the guys let me buy him dinner, dang new years resolutions haha (I always get my movers dinner because it's a job that takes so much work!) Netta (woman that helped with scheduling and stayed in contact with me to make sure everything ran smoothly was a pleasure to work with. I took one look at their beautiful work on their roof and told them to give me his contact info. Once Chris called me back he made the process a no stress process. He even helped with choice color by suggesting colors and was very patient when it took us forever to pick a color. We were so excited to get a new roof and him and his team did not disappoint the day of install. They even helped putting a new roof on my shed as well. He was great at keeping in touch and great for returning our phone calls and very patient with all of our questions and concerns.
