Terrible lawn service. My 92 and 94 year old parents had Marflo lawn service for a few years. They have rude workers doing the lawn service and didn't do it satisfactorily. My dad tried to talk to the employee doing the trimming about his dissatisfaction but the employee just completely ignored him--rude! Instead of doing edging; they did more like "scalping" where there the grass was cut right down to just dirt. I called the Marflo owner a couple on a couple of occasions and told him that my dad wanted a different person to do their lawn because of this but the owner didn't change a thing. I called the owner (to help my dad out because wears a hearing aid) and told Mark during summer drought that grass wasn't growing and didn't need cutting so didn't want them to cut it again until we called them back. Well he obviously doesn't listen to his messages because they showed up to cut it a couple of days later. Why does he have a vm when he obviously doesn't listen to it? I finally called the owner again a couple of months later after his crew member again totally SCALPED my dad's grass down again to bare dirt and left him a detailed voicemail that we had found another lawn service for them and my parents no longer wanted to use his lawn service. Well guess what; they showed up just a couple of days later AGAIN and were starting to cut the grass. (On both occasions this was several days AFTER I'd left my vm also so it's not like he didn't have time to clear his voicemails). My dad fortunately was right there and told them to leave and that he no longer wanted their services. They are rude and incompetent and provide terrible customer service. read more
