This review is for landscaping, not lawn service. That part might be fine…read more The crew was nice and the landscape bed initially looked good. But the very expensive tree the owner sold us struggled from the beginning and died within weeks. Other plants in the same bed thrived, so we were caring for them properly (following his instructions to the letter). When we contacted Elite, the owner informed us there was no warranty. Shame on us for not checking that out earlier, but shame on him for being terse and rude when we politely asked about the tree and what we could do. The guy that seemed so nice when selling the work was gone. This change in attitude was honestly just as disappointing as the dead tree. Next time we will look for a firm that offers a warranty. It may be worth a few dollars more to have that guarantee and peace of mind.

While here, he identified two other trees that are dying as well. Within two days, he and his crew were out and removed the trees and ground the stumps. I would highly recommend and will be using them again if we ever have the need.

Thankfully I had front and back of house surveillance cameras, as at end of project, One Source tried to invoice me for 87 labor hours. When reviewing cameras, the actual work was 26! I expressed this to Josh, which in return he left me a nasty, threatening voicemail. I also observed on the camera his crew using the ditch behind my house as their personal toilet, and his crew dumping their waste in the construction site next to my house. I paid One Source for the time and materials used that was observed on camera. FOUR YEARS later, Josh filed small claims court and presented no evidence. I had kept all videos, emails, etc...case closed. USE CAUTION HIRING ONE SOURCE!

The first batch of trees planted didn't take well and they all turned brown fairly quickly. Without me even saying anything, Brad completely dug them up and replaced them with trees that are doing much better. They are also warrantied for a full year. They also did some work laying mulch and sectioning off a couple areas in our backyard which has held up very well. They have showed up every week to mow the lawn and I have not had any complaints. They also have great prices! I had a different local landscape company come out to quote just regular lawn maintenance and Saline Lawn Care was $8 less per visit than the local competitor. I would definitely recommend, and I plan on continuing to use them for years to come.

The work crews were very professional, friendly and courteous. The crew that did my landscaping worked really hard in the sweltering heat but were very conscientious that the job was done correctly and exactly how I wanted it. I am very pleased with this company and will happily use their services in the future.
