When I called to return an item I had to call and leave messages multiple times over a week until my salesperson called me back. When I just called again to setup an appointment to install the rest of my order it, surprisingly, it took more than one call to finally get an appointment scheduled. No problem getting called to take my payment, they were right on that. But any service is terrible.
