We contracted with Sammy's to level the back- and side-yard lawn--get rid of those rough areas--and install a patio, along with removing some bushes and applying mulch in some areas. The sales rep who gave us his pitch promised a "laser-level lawn." By the next spring one corner of the patio is sagging, and the lawn is nearly as rough as it had been, and it's been getting rougher over the years since his crew performed the work. When I complained to Sammy about the lawn mower bumpety-bump-bumping along, his answer was to keep mowing the lawn and let grass clippings decompose to fill in the low spots.

Every though it is at the peak season for lawn maintenance they were able fit me in right away. I was scheduled for a Monday morning appointment. I got a call Saturday that they had an opening & asked if I would like them to come two days early. Since our lawn looks god awful my answer was HELL YES! They got here on time, were professional, careful to not let our dogs out, clean up after themselves & left our lawn looking utter spotless! They worked from 11AM until 10PM... on a SATURDAY! Then came back on a Sunday (AFTER being fully paid and tipped) to do some final touches (over and above what was expected). These guys went above and beyond... I am so impressed with them & their work ethic. I will be using them for all our homecare needs in the future!

They even have a quaint little coffee shop in the garden center called Queen Bee & Honey. Good variety of plants, flowers, bushes, and even small trees. Didn't buy anything on this trip, but we'll be returning in the next week or 2 when they are anticipating a delivery (including the perennials we are looking for. Win - win!
