We had to repeatedly go around our home to show what else we needed done. I eventually just agreed that it was good enough. After going through the house the next few days, I honestly don't even know what he cleaned or if he did anything. I have cleaned everything in my home myself, and have not found one part of the home that looks clean after his service. At first I felt bad because the man that came was so kind and nice, but honestly I cannot believe I spent $200 on literally nothing. I wish I could just get my money back... Also, It states online that they accept credit cards but apparently only take Venmo. Which wasn't working for us at the time with the card that we wanted to use to pay with, so we had to pay with an account we didn't want to have to use. This was extremely dissatisfactory for us. Pretty disappointed overall. I have stewed over this the last few days. Because at first I was so happy to support this small business.. but I think it was such an overall terrible experience that something needed to be said. We paid $200 for literally nothing. First my appointment was at 10 AM this morning and he didn't get there until 1230 it was supposed…read moreto be two men but only one guy showed up with his kids in the car used some of my cleaning supply and shit took so long I had a lot of dishes mind you so I'm not upset about that but since he was so late I had to leave at a certain time so I told him just do as much as possible and forget about cleaning the bedrooms just do the floors and as much dishes as possible I pay him and as I went to go put the dishes up some of the dishes were already in the cabinet soaking wet mind you still had a Film around the dishes so I went to go look at the rest of the dishes on the dish racks and 95% of the dishes still had either food or a nasty film and the dishes I sent him pictures and videos he Said he would send me a refund because I pay them in cash and he would refund me and cash app and now he is ignoring my calls and it's just completely unprofessional!
