I am currently trying to work through BBB because Ty will not return calls and will not commit to a time for repair. He did send a workman 1st and then he came himself to paint the ceiling, but neither came prepared with a drop cloth or enough sealant to cover the stain. The roof has been finished for a month, but the damage is not repaired.

He put a sign in our yard after the job was completed and the sign reads, Efficient and Affordable. I couldn't agree more. We called several people to come and do an estimate before we decided on if we could afford a new roof. Some of the contractors did not return our call, or did not show up when they said they would. We had another estimate that was $20,000 more than the Pedersen estimate. Unbelievably outrageous! That person spent three hours here trying to convince us we why should pay that much. Shawn had a great warranty. He was very straightforward. He came here and simply gave an estimate; he was not pushy at all. He was great to deal with, his workers were very polite, and generally cleaned up. Shawn came here personally at the end and he made sure all the screws from our original roof were cleaned around the yard with a magnet. We had an issue with our previous roof leaking in an area and we've had one rain since it was completed and no leaks! I would definitely recommend considering him if you were looking at getting some estimates because he shows up when he says he will. And then, I wouldn't be surprised if you end up choosing him after (if) you hear from everyone else.

I asked him if he could put some stone a few inches from the foundation so they could not use the weed wacker there and he said he would. I have no fault in this unless whining is my fault. Well he never did it so after a few weeks I texted him again and he said he would have it done on the 23rd last week. Well nope not done and he said he just didn't let me know he wasn't coming as he forgot and said he was DOING ME A FAVOR.
