With his assistance and dedication to us we were able to obtain a reasonable settlement from the insurance company that fairly compensated us for the damages incurred. Mike and his team stuck by us the entire time. We were finally able to start repairs in June of 2024. Our team at Johnson Roofing and Restoration were professional, personable, and trustworthy. On January 11, 2025, we signed a contract with Tyler Ulch and Christian Corbin of Northwest Ohio…read moreRemodeling LLC for a full bathroom remodel, mudroom conversion, basement remodel, new living room lighting, and windows/sliding doors for our three-season room. The total cost was $46,500, with an expected completion date of February 12, 2025. Work began on January 16 after our initial deposit of $27,630 cleared. The team started strong, working on the bathroom, basement, and mudroom simultaneously. However, the other two projects (lighting and the three-season room) were never started. The team was extremely messy--leaving food around, failing to taper off work areas, and making the house unlivable. They initially promised the bathroom would be completed in five days, but after four weeks, it remains unfinished. Two additional payments of $9,210 each were due on January 29 and February 12. Despite concerns about incomplete work, we paid in full. On February 12, Tyler insisted the check be made out to him personally instead of the business. After that, he and his team worked sporadically for a few days before disappearing. Our Ring camera logs show their declining reliability. We have attempted to contact Tyler multiple times via phone, text, and email, as well as through his business and personal Facebook pages and some contractors, but have received no response. Three licensed contractors have since inspected the work and confirmed it was left unfinished, not up to code, and done without permits. Due to this, we do not want Tyler or his team to return. Instead, we seek financial restitution--he must pay for a new contractor to complete and redo the faulty work. If we do not receive a response, we will take legal action.

We were very…read morehappy with the work, tear off and replace in 1 1/2 days, and couldn't tell the next day we had a roof installed from such a great clean up job. They tarp everything, lay plywood against the house to protect it and the plants, sweep up the sidewalks, even put wood down to protect the lawn from the roll off dumpster. My mother in law needed a roof and called one of the companies that advertise on TV. She became upset when the TV roofing companies kept calling her to pressure her to sign a contact. I told her to check on those companies on the BBB and then call ACE Roofing. She had Mike replace her roof was very happy with the work and was never pressured. My parents had a roof installed by Mike two days before the tornado passed their house 6 doors down in Millbury, never lost a shingle yet they had the top of their 30 foot tree break off. A 60 MPH wind storm we had in early march 2017 took a half dozen shingles off. Nearly every house in the neighborhood has the same damage. I called Mike that day and he was there the next day to fix the damage. Many of the neighbors are still waiting on their roofers to come out and repair theirs with far more damage. If you are considering a roof, read the reviews of all of the big roofing companies that have to advertise and then check ACE Roofing who relies on word of mouth. I think if you ask any of Mike's customers, I believe you will find everyone of them was pleased with his work,.... including the neighbors. I will continue to recommend ACE Roofing to my friends and family. Steve

There are two guys who show up and I can't say enough about them: Polite, smart, are OK with the dog and never once said "You should really just demolish this house, it's pretty old." Anyway, I said, "Could you take a look at the toilet, blah, blah .. one guy went up, the other went down and within 45 minutes both jobs were done!!!
