By far the best gym that I have been a member of. The facility is nice and staff are extremely helpful! Careca and Jeff were very instrumental in me understanding the gym and how I can maximize my membership. They always greet me when I see them and are open to answering any questions that I may have. Jeff also did my fitness analysis and helped me learn about myself on a musculoskeletal level and gave me recommendations on how I can strengthen and tone my body and letting me know what exercises would be best for me while on my fitness journey. I was so inspired that I decided to get a personal trainer. Careca suggested Jordan. Having Jordan as my personal trainer is by far the best decision that I have ever made, fitness wise. He holds me accountable and he encourages me to test my physical limits. Even on the days that he is not training me, if he sees me in the gym, he will ask me what type of routine I am completing on that day and if I am trying something new, he will ask me how comfortable or confident I am during that session. I could not have asked for a better trainer! In the Kids' Club staff is so fantastic! My kids look forward to coming to the gym with me because of how kind and caring Keren, Jamal, Kyndall, and Laina are! The kids always come out with some type of arts and crafts creation and there are toys and games that the kids play with in the open space to keep them active! Some other highlights are the sauna and the recovery room. This location also has an assisted stretching section. I plan on trying it one day. And it is a 24-hour gym! I initially loved the gym during my "free" 14-day period. Literally 3 days after I paid the $30 monthly fee and $70 annual fee, I was sexually assaulted while lifting weights. A man ran his hand up my thigh and left his business card on my lap after I told him multiple times I was not interested. I informed management and they knew exactly who I was talking about because apparently, he's done it several times before. I informed management I wasn't comfortable returning until this matter was handled and they gave me an email to check in with after filling out an incident report. I waited 7 days before I reached out. It's now been 18 days. No response via email from the gym manager or the regional manager after 2 emails. I expected at least a ChatGPT response...but nothing. Now I'm forced to pay to cancel or try to work out somewhere I don't feel safe. If they know he's a problem, why do they continue to let him harass women AND how many other men are walking around the gym having done this because there are no consequences? If you were truly interested in rectifying the situation, you could have easily done so by now. It's packed, everyone knows that. But I chose this gym because it has a pool so I can do laps. I'm new here, on 6/4 I came to swim around 3:20 not knowing a "water fit class" was coming up at 4. (Found out after) Some of the attendees and the instructor were so rude. They get there 30 minutes early and start taking over the pool, going in every lane. Mind you, I'm in the middle of a workout. Closer to 4, I finish a lap, turn around and the lane ropes are all GONE. Without asking, they undid the lane ropes while I'm in the lane, actively swimming. Zero heads up. Again, I didn't know a class was coming up, or that they would silently kick me out to use the entire pool. I get that there's a class, but the instructor could have some class of her own and let a new comer know what's going on. If you're choosing a gym for a lap pool, go literally anywhere else, it's also cloudy. read more

This is the worse gym membership I've ever had. High school crowd. 15 - 18 year old "not" working out & I go to this gym @ 10:30pm - 12am. They don't actually work out. They use this gym to socialize. They're constantly on their phones instead of using the equipment that they are casually sitting on. You'll see groups huddled around taking up space & not actually working out. It's an affordable gym that's 24 hours which is why I enrolled but honestly unless you're 21 & under this is a horrible experience. There's only 1 or 2 ppl working so it's impossible for them to create a culture that enforces gym etiquette. It closer to Chuckee Cheese than it is an actually gym. I honestly believe they should enforce a curfew where ppl who are not 18 can not workout late at night. No way should 15-17 year olds be able to work out after 9pm with adults. The worst customer experience. Do not get a membership here. You will regret it. I went to cancel my membership and the employees kept contradicting themselves about the cancellation policy that was never given to me. Initially signed up when the gym opened and never received a copy of the contract. There was no mention that you would have to cancel 30 days prior to the date you would like to cancel. With that said they told me that it's on page 5 of my contract. Well, when I signed up, there was no contract sent it to me, I was told to sign electronically on a screen without viewing a contract. Let me know what fees would be paying upfront but did not mention anything about cancellation. Since the cancellation policy is on page 5, it was never brought to my attention. The employees said that the person who signed me up should've mentioned that to me, but the rep did not mention the cancellation policy when I signed up. On another note, I have a medical condition that will impede my ability to come to the gym going forward and do not feel that I have to continue to pay a monthly membership & annual fee. I spoke to a supervisor who assured me my membership would qualify for immediate cancelation due to my medical condition. I called back yesterday to confirm that my membership was canceled and in fact it was not. The person I spoke with said that my immediate cancellation was rejected because I didn't provide any documents from my doctor. I was informed that I needed to provide medical documentation otherwise I would've provided that information. Nor was I contacted my membership canceled due to lack of documentation from my doctors office. Had the supervisor contacted me when the claim was denied I could have contacted my doctor with time to get paperwork stating my medical condition. I have several medical bills that are much more important to pay rather than an annual fee to a place I can't enjoy. Communication is key. It seems like they have deceptive sales practices in not letting members know the cancelation policies when they sign up. Or getting in contact with a client if a membership is not eligible to be canceled. EOS does no have a customer service number to reach out to only an online email form you can fill out and hope that someone calls you back. They will charge you a cancelation fee if you cancel within the first 3-6 months. I had my membership for almost a year so there was no cancelation fee but they will make me wait 30 days to cancel so that they can charge me the annual fee. read more

I wanted to share my feedback on my experience at the gym. Overall, things have been fine, but I do have one complaint or observation to share. I have noticed that the classes are often overpacked, even when I make sure to sign up in advance. There are times when people who haven't signed up take equipment and spots from those who have reserved them. Additionally, some guests in the class set up workout stations for friends who arrive late, which can be frustrating for those who are on time and have followed the proper registration process. I believe that it would be beneficial to enforce a policy where individuals can only set up for themselves and must be registered for the class in order to participate. Things have gone from bad to worse. After reopening the pool I came for my usual workout, the pool was so cloudy I couldn't see the lane markers at the bottom of the pool. A staff member assured me it was safe to swim in, so I tried. Swam into the wall because I couldn't see it or the lane makers on the deep end of the pool. After 10 laps, my skin was burning and itching so much, I had to get out of the water. What a joke. I either need to start carrying my own pool test strips, or find a new gym. In total transparency, I don't have a membership YET. So I can't review the actual cost and that side of things from a member's perspective. However. I am in the middle of my 7 day trial and have been to the gym enough to give it a full 5 stars. What a cool gym!! This is my favorite that I've ever been to in general and definitely the best in the area. They offer so much that I truly believe there is something for everyone! For starters, I love how spacious it is. Yes, it is busy but even then I don't feel like I'm on top of someone like I do in most other gyms. There's such a great variety of equipment and I love the special things they have that most other gyms do not like the cardio cinema and "the yard" turf area. Not to mention all the perks that come with being a black card member. This gym is clean, the staff is nice, and there is more than enough offered for whatever type of exercise you enjoy doing. I haven't reviewed a gym in a while but this one was too much fun! For a workout enthusiast like myself, I can be in the gym for hours and hours. This place has so much to do, I still haven't seen it all over the last 3 weeks. Lots of trainers and they all seem to have a specialty for most things you're looking for. Staff is actually friendly and make eye contact and greet you instead of playing with their phones like many of the other gyms in the area. The gym is CLEAN, and there's a ton of people here at all times so they're doing a great job so far. And considering there's a lot of people, I've almost never had to ask someone to work in or wait around for a cable machine. And finally, the bathrooms are CLEAN. Haven't even smelled any urine and I have used all of the urinals lol. All in all, I can't wait to come here and workout and this is now my new spot! I am a new member and came from 24 Hour Fitness Louetta and enrolled with EOS only to attend Zumba classes with Carlos Gomez and Enrique Martinez. These men are AMAZING instructors and should be recognized for the enrollment of many new members; they have a faithful following here and at other gyms. If I were only rating their Zumba classes- 5 STARS (SIX if I could award it). My 3 star rating is related to the cleanliness of the G-Fit room and ladies locker room. In the three weeks that I have attended both morning and evening classes, I have seen hair on the floor and have never seen anyone cleaning. I am honestly not happy with the ladies locker room...the room is sooo hot! I cannot stop sweating to change clothes from my intense cardio class. Additionally, despite all the signage, there are so many girls taking photos in the mirrors while others are changing. And I HATE going into to a restroom stall only to find no toilet paper! I have also attended the Cypress location (which I realize is a brand new location- and also to attend Zumba class with Carlos Gomez) and the difference in cleanliness and amenities is very obvious. I would hope that the upkeep of these gyms maintain the initial high standard post their grand openings. read more

I am reaching out on behalf of my daughter, who is a member at your Louetta location. I personally do not have a membership but she asked me to contact someone regarding an uncomfortable experience she had with one of your employees. She informed me that a front desk worker/trainer named Jorge (a Hispanic male with tattoos) made her feel uneasy during her recent visits. She mentioned that he initially started a conversation about fitness but then tried to take it further by asking her out. Despite her politely declining, he persisted and continued staring at her throughout her workout, making her feel extremely uncomfortable. She also noted that he frequently hits on other female members while on the clock. I wanted to bring this to your attention because this type of behavior is unprofessional and inappropriate for an employee representing your gym. Members should feel safe and comfortable working out without being subjected to persistent unwanted attention from staff. This gym is a complete and utter scam. They scammed me the day I walked in till the day I ended up cancelling. I wanted to reach out to corporate, but what's the point? I forgot some of the names given to me and it's been too long. If their own current general manager didn't even want to meet me face to face, what would corporate do? Ignore me anyway. Sure, it was all hyped up with promises of this and that. Brand new state of the art equipment. Supportive staff. Huge discount to sign up. Right by my house and no bs. What have I got to lose right?  Wrong. Oh there was bs. Lots of it.  Let's start off when they were under construction. They took over LA Fitness. So I noticed something new brewing. Days went by and I noticed they were doing registration. So my wife and I go talk to them. My health isn't what it used to be, so I spoke with one of the managers Callen (General Manager) and the other manager I spoke with Scott, they both convinced me that I should take charge of my health right away! Sure. Signed me up with all of the bells and whistles (premium account). Promised me nothing could go wrong and that I could downgrade my account at any time with no hassle and no headache. They knew I was jobless when signing up and said no worries. Well that sure turned around and bit me in the ass. When signing up, I told them I was jobless and looking for work. Couple of months went by, still no work and I needed to downgrade since I had other bills to prioritize like my mortgage etc. So one night, this one gentleman, who was super helpful, agreed with me that I should have been downgraded, with no issue, but for some reason, the system wouldn't let him do it. He said no worries, just come back tomorrow and they can clarify it for you. I said ok, I'll do that. So I came back the next day, talked to a worker who was confused and had to get a supervisor, who was also confused but kept telling me that the reason why I can't downgrade is that they will have to charge me a fee. That just blew my mind. I told them, this is not why I signed up. It was agreed that I could downgrade at any time with no fees and no worries. The supervisor, forgot her name, said that's what our policy is. I told her well, Callen and Scott told me otherwise. It's the whole reason I signed up! At this point, I was confused and angry. I said fine, let me speak to the general manager. I think the name on the card said Miguel or something else. So I waited for 20 minutes, and still nothing. Supervisor said he's busy at the moment and I said sure. I will keep waiting. So another 20 minutes went by, and an "Operations Manager" came up to me and talked to me. I said what's wrong? Does the manager refuse to meet me? Operations manager apologized for making me wait and said, "sorry I will do whatever I can to help you". At least THIS person apologized to me. So they basically explained to me that the two managers that signed me up were let go because they weren't doing the right thing. I then said, "well, what does that have to do with me?" "I was promised this and should be able to do this. it's the whole reason why i signed up". He said those two are no longer with the company and there's nothing we could do.   So the OM looked further and said the reason why we have to charge you is because they waived the fee and weren't charged for it. I said, what do you mean I wasn't charged for it? I checked my bank account and was charged $75 which wasn't even the monthly fee! I was charged all fees upfront and everything. The  OM said they don't know anything else.  I didn't want to waste any more time there as I was being disrespected and couldn't take it any more. I told them, "fine, just cancel my account. All of this has been a complete waste of my time". So yes, not only did they sign me up, charge me up behind my back, but they tried to charge me again! If you didn't read any of my writing. This gym Stole from me repeatedly. I signed up for personal training during the sign up process I was told that I was signing for a 4 month commitment of 8 payments. I was never given a contract in fact the only piece of paper I was given was a body scan chart. I let my trainer know through message on their personal training app in June 2024 that I would need to cancel. My trainer responded that I would need to bring in a doctors note. I ended up going into the gym right after because I was not sick to bring in a doctors note my father who has cancer was the one that was sick and I work in EMS I can not legally give them a doctors note for someone else (HIPPA). I explained to the staff who helped me that I would be leaving town to take care of my father so I would not be able to come into the gym again for a while since they do not have locations where I was going. The staff member told me that it would be canceled but if I had any issues since I was going out of town I could message my trainer or send an email once my contract for the 4 months was ending. My 4 months was suppose to be up in August 2024 so I sent my trainer a message letting her know to cancel my personal training. A couple months go by and I am still being charged for personal training although I have already asked 3 times at this point for it to be canceled. I've been a member since they opened this location. But for the past week, the recovery massage room has had a musty bad odor smell. I've complained twice to the front desk. I've asked if they could spray Lysol to get rid of the smell. The first time they looked at me like they had no idea what Lysol was. On a separate night, they looked at me like I was crazy. I love these massage chairs but the smell is unbearable! Is the staff not cleaning/disinfecting/sanitizing the room? I remember when I was a member at Planet Fitness, the staff would go around every hour it seems disinfecting equipment. This needs to be handled and fast please. read more

Yesshhh finally. My favorite gym of all time finally opened up in Houston! New machines. Tons of it as well. Everything is so clean. Price is reasonable. Only downside is how packed it is. Even at late hours on weekdays it is packed. Not sure if it's because it's a new gym vs kids are on school break vs summer goals for the beach. Regardless, I'm hoping the crowd spreads out in timing because even though the gym is big, I am not a fan of waiting for a machine. One of the biggest perks about eos is the movie theater cardio section. I could get lost doing the stair master for a 2.5 hour movie easily. They don't have their movie schedule up for the month but I'm sure they will get there. The sauna is also in the works. They also have a large parking lot but it tends to be full. Overall, I'm so excited for the opening of eos. I really hope they open one in the woodlands so I don't have to keep driving 35-40 mins to work out vs 15 mins to a local gym since I live in the woodlands. Another difference I noticed was the crowd it targeted. The gym I went to in the woodlands was packed with body builders and competitors so the motivation to be jacked like them was high. They were all serious about training and didn't really go there to hangout for hours vs lift for hours. Here, you'll be surrounded by kids that hangout at the gym and chill for hours. If you are serious lifter and plan to compete, I recommend legacy barbell. Otherwise, this commercial gym is my favorite. read more

WORST gym I've EVER been to. Not a SINGLE machine open during the day, ESPECIALLY after 2 pm when the high schoolers come in packs and take up a single machine for 30 mins to do a whole lotta nothin bc they wanna rotate sets wit about 10 different dudes. There's also the "influencers" who bring their tripods and have a whole ass photoshoot while people are waiting for a bench. Y'all are too grown to be doing ts. PLEASE just hit your reps and go, nobody gaf. The only times I can tolerate going is after midnight and early morning. But that's not all. Every thing is either broken or missing. Sauna is packed and the locker room smells like STRAIGHT ass. Not to mention everybody treats the parking lot like it's a car meet and nobody knows how to park for shit. I'd rather pay MORE for a membership at planet fitness than go to this shitty ass gym. The amenities and price look nice on paper but crowd control is needed BAD. read more
