How in the world did he get rid of his old yelp reviews? Well, one more reason not to trust Yelp…read more I have been sounding the alarm about this doctor for years- one who dropped me without the 30 days of care required by law before I found another doctor. I was taking 2mg of Suboxone a day. Normal dose is 16mg. My bf had had a drug problem i was unaware of and I didn't know he had been stealing from me, i kept calling Dimonte's office to make an appt to get my medication but they would not call me back. I didn't understand what was going on. I was calling daily, going through withdrawal, unaware that it had only been maybe 2.5 or 3 weeks since i had last gotten an Rx. Finally one of the office girls - who I doubt are still there but at the time were Megan and Julie and they would treat me like a completely different person if I called Dimonte as my primary care doctor (which he was as well) as opposed to calling the separate phone number/business name that his Sub patients were given. So one of the girls says finally "you aren't due for a refill for over a week. You can't have any more." And hung up. I screamed at my bf and he admitted it. I called back and said that I wanted to bring him in to confess to them and that they could drug test him - although idk if they had the capabilities because for the 7 years I was his patient with 12 sub appts a year, I was not given a urinalysis once. Never. They said they would talk to the doctor but the next day I got a letter saying I was kicked out of his practice and he would still be my dr for 30 days as required by law. Dimonte knew the only reason i still took subs was because my stomach never stopped emptying without them (but he never suggested it was an underlying cause even though my next sr, an incredibly amazing one, mentioned it in the intake, So he is still my dr for 30 days while i scramble to find another doctor. So he should let me bring my bf in and give me at least a week's worth. But nope, he never returned a single call and neither did his office and as a result, 9 years sobriety went down the drain. That is one little nothing story out of a ton i have. But the most DAMNING and DISTURBING thing is that he was never named in connection with the Murray Overhill pharmacy arrests. The entire time I went to him, his Sub patients were only allowed to go to one pharmacy (very sus in itself) and that pharmacy was... Murray Overhill. The weirdest part about it though was that I was bitching to a guy who was waiting in the waiting room with me about it and he looked confused and said that he could take his sub script anywhere he wanted. Maybe this was a coincidence and i really hope it was because the alternative- that only female patients were sent there - is sinister. I'm not saying that is the case. However, this is: For at least a decade, Dr DiMonte had a mandatory rule about opiate addicts on Suboxone going to only 1 pharmacy. That pharmacist has since been indicted for trading sexual favors for opiates. He also ordered more opiates than a pill mill. Why has no one made this connection? Just stay away; you can't say I didn't warn you.

Lets talk atmosphere:…read more Its a very small facility for sure. As soon as you walk in its a small area to sit down and wait to be called. Let talk Receptionists: There were two girls there today the one on the left was Krystal. She was so amazing and extremely welcoming. As soon as I walked in she greeted me, and let the other girl know what to do as far as my appt, also made her aware that I was new to the facility. The other girl there to the right was the COMPLETE opposite. As soon as I walked in her whole facial expression just CHANGED which made me feel very weird being as though It was my first time meeting her. She never smiled, never said hello, did not GREET me what so ever. I was a bit bummed by that due to the fact Krystal had her handle my paperwork so I had no choice but to continue to ask her questions like: Is that it? Do I sit down and wait to be called? Do you need something else from me? She just did NOT communicate with me at ALL! Now lets talk about DOCTOR: He was AMAZINGGGG!! So talkative, charismatic, funny just all around great. Asked me all the necessary questions to find out what is going on. That to me WON me over. So 5 stars it is for me! Thanks Krystal & Doctor

I first went into this clinic on a referral to get a test performed, and was so struck with the…read morequality of care and service that I changed my family's primary physician to the Family Care here. In just a few years, however, Crozer Keystone at Broomall has been transformed to one of the worst caregivers. I have done some background reading on the company and also spoken with a number of employees at this facility, so what I am writing here is not just based on my personal opinion. Things slowly started to change after they were bought out by the for-profit Prospect Medical Holdings, and have steadily gotten worse and worse. First, even though the number of patients increased, the corporate office refused to hire sufficient staff. As a patient, this meant that it became more and more difficult to schedule an appointment. Next, Prospect subcontracted Crozer Keystone's billing to another company. I noticed the difference immediately because there were a number of billing errors they made with our account, and it was extremely difficult to resolve the issues. For example, the subcontracted company coded one of the procedures we received wrong, and we were sent a bill for a few hundred dollars. I literally had to make nearly 30 phone calls and three months to resolve the error. On top of this, the customer service reps at the billing company are extremely rude and unhelpful. The final straw, however, came a few weeks ago. The two main reasons that my family kept this location as our PCP was due to two people: Jenelle in reception and the caregiver Stephanie Mostone. I called to try to make an appointment for my son at 8:15, 8:35, and 9:10 a.m. Instead of reaching a receptionist, every phone call immediately went to the clinic's answering service. I tried calling the main desk of this huge clinic, and was told by the hapless young man working there that he could do nothing to help. I called their corporate office, only to be told that my only option was to leave a message for their "customer complaint" department. Finally, a day later, the new, and frankly, quite incompetent, office manager, Tony, called to say that many of their staff had quit, including Jenelle and Stephanie. When asked how long their staffing difficulties would last, he told me that they were just now advertising for new candidates, and they should be trained in a month or so. Yes, you read that right. Ultimately, this is a case study in the failure of corporate medicine to treat Americans. I am lucky to have good insurance, but through them, my family and I have truly spent tens of thousands of dollars at this clinic. In spite of the enormous profits that Prospect Medical has made (over $1 billion annually), they give nothing but short shrift to the very people they have pledged to help. If you are looking for quality care, avoid any medical facility run by this corporate giant.
