2nd time being helped by Dr Schaeffer in 10 years for severe lower back pain. He is very friendly, courteous, comprehensive, asks lots of questions and provides lots of relevant and helpful information. Highly recommend. Office staff was very helpful and courteous as well. All good. read more

Do not recommend. He was extremely condescending. I didn't care for his approach, he never asked questions or assessed how I was feeling. It was my first and last appointment. Find a doctor that listens, this one needs to come down from his high horse. read more

Great doctor who spends needed time with his patients. Listens and hears what's being said. Is informed with studies and new treatments. Explains readily all aspects of care. Skilled in mildly invasive treatments. Wonderful bedside manner. Have known him for 17 years. Also just a nice human being. read more

Dr. Schaeffer is fantastic. I have been to a lot of back doctors and he is absolutely the best. He spent a lot of time listening and evaluating me and was able to alleviate my back pain quickly. read more
