It's a superb facility, run by professional women at every level, and it delivers excellent, efficient and compassionate care. There is no feeling of rush with Dr. Scheie. And, the lab work and imaging is always no-wait, in and out. While the parent company, CK, has issues, this clinic is like an "accidental gem."

I and I don't mean she was just disinterested or not friendly, but she was actively hostile. It was a few years back, and I am still shocked that a person can work in any profession with a personality like that. After several visits over a few years, my blood pressure was high. I was told that it's not a problem. My eye doctor from another health system found a problem related to high blood pressure and had to write them a note to treat this condition. They will often you for tests across the street at Bryn Mawr Hospital because they are affiliated and it's much more efficient to have the tests done there, and yet, 2 weeks later, they don't have the results in their system when you return for a follow up. They order a urine test and leave you to roam around the hall with your pee cup looking for who to give it to. They tell you that you need a pneumonia vaccine and they can do it while you are there. They forget to have someone do it. When you complain about all of the problems they send in the office manager who told me that because she was on leave, she also has not knowledge of any problems. And if that wasn't enough of a boondoggle, I requested a Medical Record Release form so that I can go to another provider. She handed me the form. I sent it in to the address on the form. The post office returned it because that company doesn't exist anymore. Their phone number is also defunked. I had to do a deep dive into the web to find the new company where the records are kept. FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER, QUICK!!!!!

I guess I was looking a bit confused because there are many medical areas located within the facility. I needed an MRI so of course some people don't like the noise or the time it takes to complete. The staff in the radiology area made sure I was as comfortable as can be. They even have headsets & ask which channel on Pandora you would like to hear!!! Now I probably should have chosen classical music because I was supposed to remain still & not sing & dance. Lol. I'm proud of myself because they didn't have to repeat a thing. Lol. They were very professional & assisted me with any needs I may have had. I think this will be my spot for any future radiology/testing procedures in the future!!!
