I guess I was looking a bit confused because there are many medical areas located within the facility. I needed an MRI so of course some people don't like the noise or the time it takes to complete. The staff in the radiology area made sure I was as comfortable as can be. They even have headsets & ask which channel on Pandora you would like to hear!!! Now I probably should have chosen classical music because I was supposed to remain still & not sing & dance. Lol. I'm proud of myself because they didn't have to repeat a thing. Lol. They were very professional & assisted me with any needs I may have had. I think this will be my spot for any future radiology/testing procedures in the future!!!

Intake staff asked what the issue was and said she'd check but they might not take anyone else. She had us wait 5 minutes, then returned to say they would take us. Another 5min later another family came in and intake turned them away. Ten minutes after that, intake woman came out to tell us that, just kidding, they really aren't going to take us, and after wasting 20minutes of URGENTLY NEEDED CARE TIME, they were sending us away! Wow! At least crappy IM Health urgent care, who also closes ridiculously early, locks their doors to not waste anyone's time, and if they take you they take you! Was this a hospital emergency? Not dire, but it was a cut in possible need of stitches due to size and it not being able to close on its own. Not something you should eff around with and waste a family's time. Hope these clowns get the same bad service wherever they go!

[468] A few years…read moreago I decided to switch from the location at Del Cty Memorial Hospital to this newly built location. I'm SO happy I did. The new building is refreshing and inviting. Plenty of FREE parking (vs Paid hard to find parking at DCMH). Same doctors which are great to talk to and easy to make an appointment. My calls are returned in a timely manner. The staff is super friendly and all the machines look new. Waiting area is really nice and updated. Looks like they recently added an urgent care area which is a perfect add to this location. It's a bit of a hike but so worth it for the reasons I stated above. I'll definitely be back. I'm glad I switched.

The building is beautiful inside and the staff was very friendly. Usually hospital environments are a pain in the ass in my opinion but I couldn't have stopped at a better place this is now where I will try to schedule any exams or anything I need in the future.

I have similar clinical issues as "Lisa L" and see Dr. Scheier as my Primary Care Physician. It's a superb facility, run by professional women at every level, and it delivers excellent, efficient and compassionate care. There is no feeling of rush with Dr. Scheie. And, the lab work and imaging is always no-wait, in and out. While the parent company, CK, has issues, this clinic is like an "accidental gem."
