I've been seeing Jenny since 2012, and after all these years, I can confidently say she is…read morehands-down one of the best massage therapists out there. Her massages are not for the faint of heart--they're deep, targeted, and intense--but they are also incredibly effective. And let me be clear: she doesn't inflict pain just to inflict pain. Every bit of pressure she uses is intentional, therapeutic, and comes from years of experience understanding the body.
Jenny has an almost supernatural ability to find every knot, every area of tension--even the ones you didn't know existed--and work them out with precision. You might wince, breathe through it, or have to mentally go to your happy place--but by the end, you'll feel like a new person. Her work goes deep, but it's never careless or harsh. She checks in, listens to your feedback, and knows how to walk the line between effective and overwhelming.
Over the years, I've come to her worn out from travel, hunched from hours at a desk, and sore from life in general--and every single time, she's helped put me back together. Jenny is not only incredibly skilled and strong, but she's also professional, warm, and consistently on point. She tailors each session to your body's specific needs that day, and it's obvious that she cares deeply about her clients' well-being.
I've referred friends, coworkers, and family to her, and they all say the same thing:
"That was intense... but I feel amazing."
Jenny's work isn't fluff-and-go. It's real, transformative bodywork--and if you're looking for someone who can truly help you feel better, move better, and function better, Jenny is it. I've been lucky to have her in my life for over a decade, and I honestly don't know what I'd do without her.
