It's a high pitched squeal. We've had Onofreo out maybe 10 times and each technician has had a different diagnosis and /or solution. Sometimes they contradict one another entirely. Onofreo just keeps coming back, making tweaks, reversing and re-reversing solutions. My only assumption is that the system has faulty parts or was installed incorrectly. It's been terrible and the ordeal has lasted for 8 months now after installation.

John came to my home, and examined and inspected the entire home, attic to basement. He sat with me and my Wife and explained to use and showed us what exactly was needed and why. At no point did John pressure us or trick us into buying anything we didn't need or want. Once everything was agreed upon, John showed up, with his crew, and again went over everything that needed to be done. I basically had to have the whole system redone due to age and poor installation. John and his crew replaced everything and took their time and did the job. I heard a hissing noise, which I followed and I'll be darned, there was water on the basement floor, which I traced to have been coming from the hot water heater. Panic mode set in. I called a local repair guy and he couldn't come until Sunday. NG. My first call was to Ferguson's plumbing Supply (formerly Blackman's), told them what the problem was, gave them all the specs about my water tank and they said they had it but they were closing at 12 noon. Made several phone calls, and they either went into voice mail or they couldn't be bothered. The main reason was that I was providing my own water tank. Less money to be made. Somebody that was not readily available, recommended Anthony from APV Mechanical. He called me, I told him my predicament and we agreed on a price. He gave me a time frame and his people showed up as promised. After I had agreed with Anthony to do the job, received several phone calls, and when I told them I already had someone, they underbid him by a couple hundred but I had promised Anthony that no matter what, he had the job. Ran like a maniac and purchased the WH, and Anthony and his people installed it in less than 3 hours, and my life went back to normal. Anthony and his people were very considerate, honest, efficient, very affordable, and pretty clean as his crew made sure that all the water was gone and ensure that both, my boiler and hot water heater were working. Based on my experience with Anthony and his company, I would recommend him, no questions asked.
