I sent photos of my issues to Rick the manager. (My house is old from the 1930s and very tricky). Rick sent Daniel, a highly experienced pro plumber. I showed Daniel what needed to be done. New faucet for the kitchen and I also needed a new master valve for the water coming in to the house along with replacing some additional old valves in the basement. Daniel did an amazing job and even corrected the grounding for the wiring around the pipes. Once everything was done, he made sure there were NO leaks and that all components were working properly. Also, the cold water stopped working in my shower, making the shower unusable. I lost my husband this year and am never sure about what to do when things go wrong in the house, since I never had to address those problems in the past. I called 1-Tom and they made me feel completely confident about my choice. Right from the start, I liked the fact that they answered the phone and I didn't have to keep pushing buttons to get to the right person. I was told that they stood behind all their work and they would make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Before Alex came to my home, I received a photo of him. He was confident and friendly and I immediately felt I was in good hands. Originally it looked like it was going to be a bad situation with the toilet and that the floor might have to be torn up. Alex showed me what the problem was and I could now see why the toilet couldn't be installed correctly in the first place. Alex called his boss and discussed what needed to be done. The company was really great, they sent me a bio and photo of the person who would be coming (which I appreciated for safety and professionalism), and the man who came was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He also had some great suggestions and input on the project and location in the house, in terms of what's best to save money and simplify all the moving parts--which I really appreciated. I reached out to Jim about replacing a cracked 5-year-old resin tub and sent multiple photos, details, and even confirmed with the manufacturer that the drain didn't need replacing. I was quoted $1,500 unless something unexpected came up. When Jim and his assistant arrived, they immediately said they couldn't lift the tub due to back issues and it's too heavy. I ended up calling my landscaper, who brought guys over to handle all the heavy lifting--removing the old tub and bringing in the new one. While waiting (for two hours), they sat in my driveway on the phone, smoking and asking me questions about the original installation that any professional should know or assess themselves. It felt very unprofessional. Once the tub was in place (thanks to the guys I hired), Jim essentially just connected the drain with a twist and had his assistant apply silicone--then charged me the full $1,500. I also had to prep the area myself and even clean the tub at the end because he didn't want to "mess it up." They also admitted they'd never worked with this type of tub before, which is something I absolutely should have been told upfront. In the end, I paid full price to Clearway, plus the additional cost for the people who actually did most of the work. I felt uncomfortable, pressured, and honestly ripped off. I would not recommend them.

They lie and then cheat. They put in a faucet which they told me was sigma which was actually a cheap knockoff. Stay away from this company. They are dishonest and incompetent.

Not Happy: Due to the Fed admin making mistakes in the middle east (spring 2026) Oil prices…read moreJumped months ago. Therefore I called and turned off my contract with Swezeys May 2026 , because it was uncertain what the prices would do. Today (late Aug 2026) I come home and they were pumping oil into my tank (!!!!!). I tried to stop them. "To Late" the man tells me. He leaves the bill for hundreds of dollars. I bill I did not anticipate, and did not set aside money to pay. I call and get someone on the phone,,,,,after explaining..they try to sell me a "plan"...UGH. I ask for a manager. I explain everything again. I get another person who wants to sell me a plan. No attempt at fixing their mistake. Their logic: I must pay for it. So here are my choices: pay market price TODAY at 5.49/gallon....and break what they consider to be a contract that is in effect (which they can charge hundreds of dollars for leaving the contract)...or renew at 4.99/gallon. Reminder I called in May and terminated this contract! Funny, they have a record of the call..but not my request to terminate. So, in their view..the CONTRACT IS STILL IN EFFECT. Does this feel like COERCION to you??? It does to me. They force me into a decision either way. I would rather go with another company but they already pumped hundreds of gallons into my tank..and offer no way to pull it out. I am deeply dissapointed in Swezey. I'd like to know who is running things but the only people i get in person are salespeople...so I think WE ALL KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS: They are like every big company...screw people out of money, leave them no choice and hire minimum wage employees to handle the anger. LOVELY. JUST LOVELY. Stay away. They have cost me hundreds. Stop enriching these people. They'll only use their profits to do bad things to you, like they did to me.
