Highly highly recommend Boca impact windoors and doors!…read more We replaced all of our courtyard doors with gorgeous hurricane-proof doors and glass as well as our back door and door to the garage. The total install time was less than 2 days, and everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional. To begin with, Heath will be your consultant, measure and give you estimates, talk about color options, etc.. We went with dark bronze, which is a very rich dark brown (almost black). Heath is so great at answering questions and getting back to you promptly. He made the process very pleasant and stress free. Once the decision is made, the measurements will be double-checked by another person, and doors/windows will be ordered. They will work with HOAs and will do all the permitting and inspection scheduling. On the day of the inspection, you will have someone come early, make sure all is good, and then once the approval is done, finish all the details like capping screws etc Johnny and his son John were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, extremely thorough, and went through everything twice and more Any concern was addressed, and they literally took all the time needed to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you! Some info: - Plan ahead as it took about 3 months for everything to be custom-made, so don't expect a fast turnaround - You will have a little out of pocket cost for fixing parts that are a result of changing old doors like tile or stucco repair (like if the old door was too big and the old tiles didn't go all the way). This was made clear to us - The time frame between installation and inspection was about a month because of the county's backlog All in all, if you want a super professional and reliable quality company that you don't have to chase around for answers or follow-up with friendly and efficient staff, this is the company for you!

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Boca Impact Windows & Doors. From start to finish,…read morethey were incredibly professional and respectful of our home. We were nervous about our house turning into a construction zone, but their crew went above and beyond -- they covered and protected all of our furniture, worked efficiently, and kept everything spotless. Joe, our sales guy was knowledgeable and patient. Mike, the supervisor, was fantastic, and every member of the crew clearly took pride in their work. They gave us a two-day timeline but impressively finished everything in just one day without cutting corners. The quality of the windows and doors is outstanding, and the pricing was very reasonable for the level of craftsmanship and service we received. Highly recommend Boca Impact Windows & Doors, they truly exceeded expectations. Id also like to add, both our blinds and stucco contractors noted how well the installation by Boca Impact was done.

The company was able to bury my google review but I have used Statewide to install impact windows…read moreon two of my residential properties, those windows are manufactured by es windows and the XOX configured windows I purchased are all leaking...faulty seals between frame and glass. Both times company experiences were weak. I later ran the numbers and was over charged by 9K on my second property. In a turn of events I wound up working for Statewide, It was only after I worked there for just about 2 years, did I discover what a dishonest operation this is Not just towards clients but towards their employees as well. The Gm and owner will outright lie if under pressure or wrong. Statewide's current *Vp of sales (a nice enough guy) was recently released from prison, a convicted felon for embezzlement from a previous employer, it should be noted that he has total access to clients personal information. Senior management including owner John Dyda actively engage in questionable/deceptive practices in order to capture business. One instance, I was corralled, encouraged/pressured to misrepresent my experience. As a person of integrity this was counter productive. Since I have been let go they have refused to pay out on outstanding commissions, issue pay stubs and are threatening the cannibalization of an additional $10,000.00. That they have of mine in holding. Pair this with skewed commissions against well over $3,000,000.00 in contract value sales. I'm pretty frustrated and will be posting client complaints, there are a lot. And it is important to warn you the consumer and prevent senseless headaches and losses due to working with this bunch. The following is a voice mail transcript from a disgruntled client. I spent 5 months shepherding this client and ultimately closed this deal, (to only be paid out at a 1.5% commission (an industry low) on the contract value, which happened to be 20% higher than the market average.) photo 1 is the metaphor for this common occurrence. "Hey Phil, it's Gary, I'm doing well. Listen I left a couple of messages over the last few weeks at your company. Regarding the roof. I did get an approval for the tile that I wanted, but you know I there's a number of people that are looking to do roofs in our neighborhood you because they're all kind of coming up right now. They're all like, you know, pushing 23 years old . And so I tried to get you guys some business, but everybody I've talked to is talking to roofers. And so I try to pass on your name and they said, well, what are you paying for yours? And I tell them, you know, like $47,000. They said, oh, that's way too much. You know, and they're they're getting the same type of job , and the max I'm seeing is like $40,000,000 and even on a larger home with more roof. So, you know, I'm not feeling real good about that. I mean, you know, I know when you wrote this up, you did the old , you know, MSRP, $94,000, you're going to cut it in half, blah, blah, blah, you know, and I know the MSRP at94,000 on a roof. But, you know, but I just let that go. But, you know, I just it doesn't feel real good about, you know, what I'm paying compared to everybody else. So I wanted to talk to you or somebody at your company about that. I mean, I'm I'm doing a big job with you guys. You know, it's like 140 grand between windows and roof. And, you know, if somebody asks me and I'm telling them what I'm paying for a roof, you know, it doesn't really look good for you guys. And it doesn't make me feel good, you know." This is just one instance of many where a great client was lost to this companies practices. Plus a multitude of Referrals. More to come...

The job is still not finished, and we are being pressured to pay about $7,000 more to complete it. They're saying the extra money is to get the installation "up to code"--but installing windows to code is what a contractor is supposed to do as part of the job, not something you spring on the customer after work has already started. There have also been workmanship issues. Some windows appear to have been measured incorrectly, multiple screens do not match the windows, and there are visible gaps in the wood/trim around the window areas. On top of that, different workers show up and each one says the previous person did something wrong, so there's no consistency or accountability. Communication has been extremely difficult--no one on site speaks English well enough to clearly explain what is incomplete, what is being corrected, or why we're being charged more.

They prepped and covered furniture and put up sheets of plastic to protect etc. They cleaned up each night and at the end of the job. Couldn't fault a thing. One thing to note, although not a negative for me, crew didn't speak much English on the second job whereas the first job was performed by all American staff. I am wondering if this is a situation where American workers are harder to find, hot, heavy work is not for the faint of heart. Would definitely recommend Reliable and will use for any future window/door installations.
