Dino came and measured, Donna sent me a couple of different proposals as i wasn't sure what i wanted. then i switched the window configuration completely and they said they could accomodate and poor Donna had yet another proposal to send. Gino came out and measured again and went over some specifics. the biggest hurdle we had was my hoa, they took forever as they kept switching property managers. finally got approved Vico applied for the permit and and voila.....i have beautiful windows. the installers were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Donna arranged for the inspection and 2 more representatives were here during that and then removed the window stickers and left me with warranty paperwork and important info and i am tickled pink. i highly recommend hiring Vico Windows, they are a terrific company to work with.

I, on the other hand, had a FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE having my 50-year old windows and doors replaced. Everything was explained in detail perfectly. You can save 3% if you pay cash. But you can also pay via CC if you want your miles/points. The terms were fine (50% order/Balance after installation). The timeline was spot on (10-12 week lead time), permit opened with city, city inspected, permit closed. All was flawless and they do an amazing job of follow up. I have also recommeded them to the other 44 owners in my condo complex who have not already replaced their windows and doors. I cannot believe how quiet it is inside my condo now. I wish I had called them years ago! THANK YOU VICO.

They got the work done as soon as the product came in. When they got stuck on a problem, the owner came here himself to help them. Their price was extremely fair and they stuck to the timeframe they gave us. They also came promptly to fine tune our front door which was getting difficult to open and close. It was adjusted to work perfectly in 2 minutes and with a smile. Definitely a first rate company in every way!

S&R coordinated with my HOA for my condo and handled everything. They have worked in my buildings and local buildings, they are so professional and on top of it. On installation day, the office told me they would be there at 9am but it was more like 11:15am. Not a huge deal but I would have liked to know ahead of time. The crew was efficient and shop vacuumed the floors. The door looks great! It needs some track covers on the side, the coordinator assured me it will be done next Monday.

They were courteous, professional, and did a WONDERFUL job. Even the inspector commented that they added some waterproofing (in the only WOOD FRAME WALL in the house) that helps prevent future water damage. They used the right material, and it was ABOVE what the code required. I watched as they worked. As an engineer, I always learn something. These were skilled installers. They cut the bucking to not need shims left to right which was cool to watch. They took their time and measured twice. Their attention to detail was high. They treated my place with respect. They showed up on time, and were working. They installed 14 windows in 2 relatively long days. I would recommend these guys. Also, on the sales side. They did not try to sell me crazy stuff. Brandon was a pleasure to work with. This started as 4-5 Openings... But we decided to do all of the windows.
