Puppy day care has ensured he gets the exercise and socialization he needs while we're at work. We come home to a happily exhausted puppy everyday. Our priorities in a dog day care were 1. A safe and supervised environment for a growing puppy 2. Safe and structured socialization with other dogs. We have noticed that his manners when playing with other dogs have improved so much since he started. When we take him to the park we can clearly see that he has learned how to play with dogs of all sizes and ages. We also love seeing him show up on the dog walks instagram so we can see him enjoying his day while we are in the office. Dogwalks has been so helpful and patient with him. He is so excited to see them show up to pick him up and even happily jumps into the van (he has yet to do this with our cars). We are so happy that our puppy will be able to be in day care and transition to pack walks as he grows up all with the same team.

We can tell how much our dog loves BACC based on how excited he is to be dropped off and how UN-excited he is about being picked up at the end of the day. Our dog is incredibly well socialized and loves all dogs and humans, and we credit this to the amazing team at BACC. My dog isn't crazy about other dogs. Doesn't want to play. Afraid of, and aggressive towards bigger dogs. At 12 pounds ,that's pretty much all dogs. Dom and Huey came over to meet him and assess how he would fit in. They were certain they could easily integrate him into their pack. They definitely made an effort to ensure he felt comfortable with them and with the other dogs. Fast forward a couple of years and my dog is calmer and much more at ease with dogs in general. My dog loves Dom and Huey. He's always so happy to see Dom when she comes to the door to get him. He always comes back from his walk happy and exhausted. The types of walk vary between leashed and off-leash and they have an arrangement so they have a dog park all to themselves a couple of times/week. This makes me really happy because of my dog's history of unpredictability around dogs he doesn't know. Communication with them is professional, easy, quick and clear. Whenever I have a question or need to check their schedule, I hear back from them right away. I board my dog with them when I travel and they keep me posted on how he's doing (including texting me photos). I love that I can check their Facebook page to see what the dogs are up to during the day. And when I expressed some concern about the increase in my dog barking at other dogs on the street, they said they noticed it too and talked to me about how we could address the behavior together. I really couldn't be happier with them, and neither could my dog.

They also provide an invaluable service by picking up and dropping off our pup from our San Francisco apartment four times a week -- and they do it with consistency and care. It brings us so much joy to see our dog getting regular playtime and socialization with other pups throughout the week. The photos and videos they share are also a great bonus -- we love getting glimpses into the activities and adventures, and seeing our dog having the best time. Cynthia and Miquel are incredibly friendly, communicative, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their level of professionalism and genuine love for dogs is exactly what we value and look for within a daycare provider for our sweet girl. I had a 3 month old pup, Juliana and Cynthia are so relaxed and make you feel so reassured they will love my pup. They have been wonderful!!!! She has been reliable, checks-in, sends me adorable pics and funny text about how my pup is doing. Works wonderful with my work schedule because they have a small dog group later afternoon time. So when I get home my pup is TIRED. All she needs is a small walk and she is ready for bedtime. I've noticed her skills improve, which I appreciate because training can be hard to fit in at times. I tried another service for a short period and was quick to count the days Juliana was back because I could tell my pup missed her so much. 8/9/17 My pup has turned 1 y.o. And wow, i have no clue what i would do with out these women. When Hazel was a puppy, Juliana would come provide potty breaks and be attentive to her while she learned to be home alone. Hazel has progressed and developed into such a independent, confident dog. She climbs, runs, does great off least. She isn't scared of any sized dog, greets comfortably. All thanks to these ladies. And hazel loves them so much. you can tell she misses them when she doesn't have her walk. I love the communication I have with Juliana and Cynthia. From mom questions, to scheduling, to checking on hazel during walks. Just wonderful. I highly recommend them and feel so lucky my baby has such an awesome pack.

I would give 10 stars if I could. My husband and I feel like we hit the dog-walker jackpot…read more We were really looking for a one or two person dog walking operation that would really care for Lois, that we could trust, and that would give her the exercise she needs. But we got SO MUCH MORE. After being rejected by a dog walker who felt Lois, our 11lb Shih Tzu, was too shy and fearful, we were referred to Juliana and Cynthia. Juliana and Cynthia didn't see Lois's shyness as a problem. They knew she'd open up. And boy did she ever. She now LOVES to play with other dogs. Not only does Lois get to play with her pack mates for most of the week, on Fridays she goes on hikes with the big dogs, which she also LOVES. While I love that they have a little dog group (especially in the beginning when I was more worried about her), I also love that she can hang with the big guys and get more comfortable with them in a safe environment. We've also left Lois with them in May for boarding. I usually worry a lot about Lois when we go out of town, I worry she doesn't get enough attention, or enough exercise, etc. But when we left her with Juliana and Cynthia, I wasn't worried at all. I got daily pictures showing how much fun she was having. And I knew she was getting tons of exercise and love. It's worth every penny and I will likely leave her with them from now on (vs. my neighbors who watch her for free, just because she gets better care and attention with Juliana and Cynthia). I also love that Lois gets walked by the same two people every time. And with generally the same pack. It creates consistency and makes my pup that much more comfortable. I've had friends who have told me that when they're home their dog doesn't want to go out with the walker. Not with Juliana and Cynthia. Even if both my husband and I are home, she runs to the door, shakes her bum-bum, and essentially peaces out without looking back. The most important thing about Juliana and Cynthia is that we trust them 1000% with our baby. I know the big dog group is safe for Lois because they all have perfect energy and temperaments, and because Juliana and Cynthia wouldn't have it any other way. I know that if Lois gets too tired or too hot, they'll pick her up and carry her or put water on her to cool her off. Juliana and Cynthia have such great energy which I believe is why they are so successful, why the dogs and humans all love them, and why their packs are so balanced and stable. I know Lois loves them as much as she does her own parents (which makes me both happy and sad), and I'm pretty sure they love her just as much as we do. My only complaint is that they won't let me come on the dog walks with them ;)

I can't say enough about this company. I adopted a 2 year old German Shepherd from the SPCA about a…read moremonth ago, and found Joustin, Brent & team about two weeks ago. Let me just say: adopting a two year old German shepherd knowing no back story has been a tough one. Joustin has helped me navigate the tough times with Coop (my GS). From recommending and bringing me some food for him to try that has nearly cleared up his stomach problems, to tips on best practices for when Coop is testing me or acting up, etc. They keep Coop on a 4' leash while they're getting to know him, and vice versa. But Coop is getting to socialize with other dogs (which it seems clear he didn't get any socializing before I got him). Joustin checked in everyday after his walks to see how he was (temperament wise), and spent some time talking to me at the end of the week to go over what he thinks is the best plan of action for Coop to be able to grow and go off leash. He'll be in a group with larger dogs, hopefully getting to run around when he's better with recall. Brent is who comes to pick up and drop off Coop. Coop gets SO EXCITED when we open the door and Brent is there. He is so kind, both to me and Coop. When he brings him back, he gives me a run down of the day, letting me know how he was, and if he went potty if it was normal (as that's been an issue). If I don't answer the door right away, he'll call or text (sometimes both). Super helpful! I was no walk in the park with these guys, as getting used to this new normal with a pup who can both be the best cuddler, an amazing listener and give you "F you" eyes all within 5 minutes has been challenging and guilt ridden- but these guys have been nothing but helpful, professional and a HUGE stress relief.
