The store is located in a lower basement level, like Divine, but it sells big brands like Lacoste and Triple 5 Soul. They have a whole wall of sporty and hip sneakers, most of them being the Lacoste brand. I really liked the jackets they had for women. Young and sporty, yet very cute and chic. Most of which I can't afford, however. The overall style of the store is sporty chic, things you typically see from the Bench brand. They have lots of jeans, both wide-leg and skinny, in all kinds of washes. I thought the prices for the jeans weren't too bad actually, for the brands they had there. Lots of items were on sale, from 30-70% off. They also have a guys section, and the store space is divided pretty equally between men and women here, which doesn't happen often. There are also bags, sunglasses, belts, and wallets available. Their stuff reminds me of what the trendy girls in high school usually wear. Maybe that's why it's so expensive ... they don't have to worry about paying rent and stuff! The girls who worked there appeared to be in high school too, giggling and doodling who knows what behind the counter. Overall, it's a neat little store, but I don't think it's for me.

Garage is an OK place to shop…read more I got one of my favorite hoodies in the world there! It's one of the long ones (the kind that almost goes over your bum) and it's fitted so it's super cute. I got it on sale and I wear it all the time! Usually when I think of Garage, I think of summer clothes. They always have cute tank tops and shorts. I never go there in the winter or fall unless I happen to be in the store beside them for that reason. And, in all honesty, that hoodie is the only thing I've found there for a season other than summer. Their prices are decent and they usually have quite a few good sales in the store.

I picked up an awesome Quicksilver hoodie here for only $30, which is a crazy steal. That's about 50% off! The trick is to get them early Spring or late Summer, that's when the winter gear is on sale! Below the Belt isn't all about hoodies though. If you're into skate, snow, or surfboarding fashion then this is one of the best places to go to in Southgate. The staff are always friendly to me and I always end up having a nice conversation with them before I eventually leave the store.

Located just south of the Edmonton city cemetery and literally behind (north) of Oliver Square. It can be a little tricky to find the first time. I have friends that have found some fabulous treasures here in the clothing liquidations but I haven't found that hidden Easter Egg yet. The layout is kinda like a thrift store but way less organized. You need time when you come here to sort and sift through the garbage to find the gems. Also, sign up for their email online for advance notice of sales and coupons. It's a fun little liquidation warehouse but it could be improved significantly with better organization and layout.

She kept insisting it was her decision to decline the exchange, although the receipt clearly states store credit or exchange past 30 days. I wasn't mad until she decided to answer the phone whilst I was explaining I already knew the terms of returns and exchanges. If the area team reads this message, I strongly recommend you connect with her on how to appropriately address customer complaints and maybe let her read the back of the receipt so she knows what hill to make a stand on. Absolutely abhorrent service.

Apparently they do, and my friend and I went to the H&M in West Ed because we figured the store and selection would be better than South Common. There isn't a huge selection of plus size clothes, but there is a bit, and H&M always has nice basics and trendy pieces too. One thing I love about H&M, no matter what dress size you might be, is the accessories. There are a lot of fun jewellery, purses, scarves, etc and the prices being pretty low it's pretty easy to go overboard and buy quite a bit. Of course the prices being so low this isn't exactly high quality long lasting items, but I tend to break, lose, rip, tear, etc. any accessories I get anyway so spending $12 on a scarf that I'll eventually lose at H&M seems better than spending $100 for a high-end scarf somewhere else. Aside from clothes and accessories the other thing H&M has that I didn't realize they carried are home decor products. This section isn't as big as the regular clothing and accessory section, but there are a variety of fun home decor items you can get, from bedspreads to aprons. West Ed isn't a place I particualrly like to go to, but if I'm here I'll check out H&M again.

I always find something I like here and have to stop myself from buying things I don't necessarily need. The staff is cool, they leave you alone and are available if you need any help. The store is unlike any other in the mall and worth taking a look at no matter what your style is.

I was pleasantly surprised by the array of jewellery available by local artists. The store was bright, airy, modern, and fresh! I loved the tree at the entrance to the store used to display local jewellery! I found most of the clothing a little out of my price range - but many beautiful pieces none the less. I ended up purchasing a gorgeous little change purse after drooling over dozens and dozens of items. Especially when on the hunt for a unique piece of jewellery for myself or a gift, I will definitely be returning to this store when in the area!
