Unlike other locations that sell a good mix of Simons brands like Twik and other popular brands, the women's clothing section in this location is at least 90% house brands. I tend to steer away from these as the quality tends to be lower and not as good value for the price. The men's section seems to have a better mix. If this is an issue for you, the West Ed location is much better. On a positive note, the service is always great. The staff here are friendly and helpful. The store is always quiet and clean.

The quality is fantastic - luscious, cozy, elegant fabrics and designs - sexy & sophisticated, inspired by more than a hint of Paris, and most of the pricing is reasonable, although there are a few higher-end price tags about the store. Oliver blouse for $12... which is insane, since they retail for around $60 in Europe. And Supertrash jeans for $15 (I had actually never heard of the brand before, but looked it up when I got home and I guess they're $150 jeans? nice!) They also seem to get a lot of unsold stuff from local stores - I saw American Eagle jewellery, shoes, and bags as well as Urban Outfitters jewellery. There is definitely some digging involved in this store (think thrifting), but it can be quite worth your time.

I have friends that have found some fabulous treasures here in the clothing liquidations but I haven't found that hidden Easter Egg yet. The layout is kinda like a thrift store but way less organized. You need time when you come here to sort and sift through the garbage to find the gems. Also, sign up for their email online for advance notice of sales and coupons. It's a fun little liquidation warehouse but it could be improved significantly with better organization and layout.

Was quoted ~2,500 for a blazer in our chosen fabric - YIKES. Price includes full lining, if you opt out of lining you still pay full price. Our chosen fabric would take 6-8weeks (not including final fitting) but another fabric choice would have been closer to 3-5weeks. Also the fabric people take a month off in the summer - usually August he said so he said if you do not order Before August it will be a 4 week wait for them to be able to order again. Overall we did not go with a custom blazer from here, due to the price but maybe one day! The other clothing sold here is very high end = pricey. My boyfriend was very heartbroken the sweater he liked was $700 lol.
