    AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I should have listened to all the bad reviews he gets. I hope you do the same. Shady place. I paid for an optic cut same day service, dropped off on Tuesday afternoon, called Wednesday when to pick up my slide, he said 6:00pm, when they close. then told me to pick it up Thursday at 3:00 I had to work so I went on Friday at 12:00 when I got there it was not done, and was told,He "had an oven issue". I waited there another hour so he could actually do the work. Walked away with an offset optic cut. Not even centered. Now I can't co-sight with the optic rear sight. Look at the pics.

    DON'T TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS SHOP terrible service I ordered my parts 12/21/24 was a custom slide and barrel for my p320 and still to this day haven't got my parts back and I am not the only one either. Always excuses on why the parts aren't done. Then when they are "done" something comes up. Found Pedro through the off-road raptor scene and seen a lot of people take him parts to get done. From what I have seen and heard from people I know your parts aren't getting done unless you are trading work. If you have nothing to trade him for work that benefits him and his truck you aren't getting your parts done anytime soon. Dude is hard to get ahold of weather that's through his shop number and instagram that he is always posting on. As well as his personal number. Supposed to get my parts on an upcoming off-road event coming up we'll see if he brings the parts like he said he would. Talk to any other shop this work that I am getting from Pedro SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS LONG AT ALL. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

    Update: 01/08/2026 ORDER #14138 This company is running a deliberate and deceptive operation. After contacting Pedro regarding the fact that USPS still had not received my slide for shipment, he provided excuse after excuse, including the absurd claim that USPS "loses packages" or "sends them elsewhere." A package does not magically go "elsewhere" when the correct address is on the label--unless it was never addressed correctly to begin with. The shipping label was created on 12/02, yet the package showed no real movement for weeks. On 12/27, tracking suddenly updated showing the package in Coppell, Texas. I am located in Northern California. That alone was a massive red flag. On 12/31 it showed Oakland, CA, and on 01/02 it arrived at my local USPS facility. Here is where the truth came out. Although Pedro previously sent me a label showing my address, the package was marked as delivered to a completely different address in my neighborhood. I immediately contacted USPS. They pulled the scanned package and confirmed that the label physically attached to the box was NOT my address. It was an entirely different address. USPS was very clear: the package was delivered to the address printed on the label, and they could not retrieve it. USPS explicitly stated that the shipper--Pedro--had shipped the package to the wrong address. This was not a USPS mistake. When confronted, Pedro's response was simply, "That blows." He refused to provide the address my property was shipped to and continued to claim he "packaged the slide himself," while simultaneously denying responsibility. He insisted it was shipped to my address, despite USPS confirming that was categorically false. At this point, the pattern is undeniable. This was not an accident. This was either gross negligence or intentional misdirection. Either way, my property is gone.     I took my Glock 19x slide and my 17c slide for an optic cut I was happy with the final outcome . The gentleman was very polite and easy to talk to took care of me with a 45 min turn around would highly recommend

    Where to start. I had the same lead time issues that everyone else had but on top of that they milled too much material off the top of my slide and compromised my drop safety on my XD so I had been using a pistol without a drop safety for who knows how long. On top of that my gunsmith told me the cut was crooked AND because they made the cut without leaving slide material to support the rear of my optic, so it was at risk for shearing the screws and flying off. Absolutely criminally negligent and on top of that they treat their customers like trash unless you sing their praises. Edit: To answer the comment below 1. My gunsmith has a complete understanding of this and showed me how milling into the drop safety can and will cause it to malfunction. 2. I actually never requested my front sight to be recut I'm not sure what he's referring to? Also my gun isn't in multicam so I think he has the wrong order. 3. I left it at the front door at 1035am july 17th according to my call logs when they were open. It's irrelevant though since they confirmed they received it? 4. Of course it has an optic on there, you installed it yourself in 2022.

    EDIT: November 4, 2025 Haven't received my slide back. It has been nine months for an optics cut. I went to the store location a few days back to get my slide back, after being told everything was done they were just waiting for my optic. Sure. The store was closed two hours before their listed time and no one answered the phone until around an hour after. I let them know that I wanted my slide back regardless of the state it was in and was told no "they don't do that." They stated they would be liable if they gave me my gun and I couldn't reassemble it. Insanity. The person on the phone requested to call me back after he "officially" closed the store at 6pm to have a "conversation" about what we are going to do about my slide. That I could "potentially" pick it up the next day. I told him to just text me the details as I had things to do and I wasn't sure why we needed to have a "conversation" for him to give me back my slide. I have heard nothing back for six days. Right after the call I contacted the Huntington Beach PD and they got me in contact with the LA field division of the ATF. I let them know I had requested my slide back but DWS was refusing to give it back. Both groups let me know they will contact me back after they look into it. I highly recommend if you are currently waiting for your slide and Pedro is refusing to send your property back to contact the Huntington Beach PD's non-emergency number. 714-960-8811 Hopefully they can help you out. Next step is small claims if my slide isn't returned to me. What a complete waste of time.

    Stay away. Go somewhere else any place would be better. I ordered a pre cut slide over a year. I emailed and try to call many times. No response. Save your money and go somewhere else anywhere. This place is a joke

However, my most recent visit has been frustrating. I dropped off a handgun at the end of November for three services and was quoted 6-8 weeks max. I had planned to attend a training in late February, so based on that timeline I expected to have my handgun back by the end of January. We are now approaching 15 weeks, and my firearm is still not ready. Can't even reschedule my class as the staff has been unable to give me a date each time I've called. I didn't want to leave a negative review because my previous experiences here have been great, but this delay is honestly unreasonable. If I would have known the turn around time I would have skipped on services. A friend of mine dropped off his handgun at a different shop for the same services and had it back within a month. I am paying full price for 2 of the 3 services so I might as well have just taken it to the other shop.. I would still consider purchasing items from this store, but unfortunately I will most likely not be returning here for gunsmithing services.
