Yet, that doesnʻt exist yet, so.... I was in need of a last-minute massage and I was not in the mood to drive into town or have to find parking, so I rolled the dice and gambled on this establishment that was located somewhat in the area. The venue is clean, quiet and well-kept. The staff member was very polite and attentive. The massage itself was almost methodical and the pressure could have been a bit stronger for my liking. I was not impressed, nor was I disappointed. I left feeling indifferent. I will definitely give this place another try and declare the type of pressure Iʻd appreciate and go from there.

Many appointments went good. A couple went bad. Last appointment I was in with bf, both masseuse were talking non stop. Loud. Laughing. Talking. For the entire hour. I was so upset, i had to stop the massage before it was done. It's so fucking rude. Please note, this was not the first time, just the loudest and longest time. Other times I went, either my company didn't mind, nor wanted to speak up, or I simply didn't want to speak up because it's awkward. But imagining sitting there for your whole massage wondering when they would stop screaming!? Also note- one time i called and ask how much it would be extra to focus on my shoulders, the man on the phone said no extra charge, but when i finished my massage the lady said it was $40 extra. I asked for 1.5 hours, she said NO because she worked too hard on my back. Fucking rude how are they still open. Don't go to their sister location up the street either. I expected the owner to reach out and apologize for his employees behavior. It's been about 2 to 3 weeks. No one's calling me so I'm leaving this review cheap ass massage place.

Robbie was my therapist and just concentrated on those areas with some very deep tissue, which at some point was a little too intense, but still, he found some gnarly knots that needed some work. I should've had him do some more on my arms, because he did a couple techniques that felt good. The one thing that was surprising was the country music that he played, but it was interesting to have work done listening to country music. So if you need work done on specific areas, this is a great place to come to. If you are looking for one of those "serene aromatherapy" massages...this is not the place. But if you need serious work done, definitely check them out.

My technician was Mina. She performed my service package. At other spas I've been to, different people performed different tasks in the spa package. Mina was excellent at everything, from scrubs and massages to facials. She was professional, friendly, and thorough with her work. She also provided instructions after each item session (my package included facility use, scrub, massage, and facials). I got to the facility ~30 mins before my appointment. An employee walked me through the facility and provided instructions. I used the hot tub and plunge pool before the scrub. After my session was done with Mina, I had lunch with friends. After that, I used the dry and charcoal rooms. The business was clean and organized. They had lockers for us to store our things in. The posted signs on the wall were a little confusing, but you can always ask the staff if you are unclear. They were friendly. In the beginning, I was a little nervous about booking for my group after reading the negative reviews and responses, as I wanted the day to go smoothly since we were there to celebrate birthdays.
